A Minnesota man was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight in Denver for taking to Twitter to voice a complaint about the service he’d received at the gate.
He didn’t like that the clerk at the gate wouldn’t allow his entire family to board at the same time, so he tweeted about it.
Something about the “rudest agent” in Denver, mentioning her name and the gate number, and tagging it with not being happy with @SWA, Southwest Airlines’ Twitter handle.
The agent said she felt threatened, so the whole family was asked to leave the plane. They couldn’t get back on board until the guy deleted the tweet.
Yeah, that definitely averted a public relations crisis for Southwest. Go check out their Twitter page to see how well the deletion worked…
