Simon Cowell wants Beyoncé to be a judge on "X-Factor" and he's offering her $500 million to do it. Yes, $500 million. That's half a billion dollars. The insider says this would be a five-year deal - $100 million a year - and supposedly Beyoncé is interested. Obviously, this is a far-fetched rumor. We all know Simon would love to have Beyoncé, but even other anonymous sources on the Internet are admitting that $500 million is, "especially crazy." Meanwhile, there's also a lot of talk about Mariah Carey. But even after the first "X Factor" judges were announced, Simon insisted that Mariah would be, "involved in some form," but that never worked out. If you didn't know this, Mariah's manager is "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson. He addressed the rumors yesterday. He said that Mariah would "be amazing," but he, "doesn't know if that's ever going to happen." But Randy wouldn't be surprised if Simon did snag a big name. He said, "Simon's one of the smartest people I know. I'm sure he's got some very interesting ideas up his sleeve."

Is Kim Kardashian mending her broken heart with a hot new NFL player? In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, Kim is hooking up with super hot New York Jets pretty boy quarterback Mark Sanchez. Sources say she first started dating him before she met Kris Humphries. And they've been back at it since that marriage ended. One source says, "Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and flings. Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!" Kim and Mark are planning a super secret rendezvous this Super Bowl weekend.

Something tells me Tom Brady isn't going to be able to live this down in the locker room or on the playing field on Sunday. Tom's wife Gisele Bundchen sent an e-mail to family and friends asking them to pray for Tom so that he and the New England Patriots can, "fulfill their dream of winning this Super Bowl." I'm serious. The e-mail reads, "My sweet friends and family. This Sunday will be a really important day in my husband's life. He and his team worked so hard to get to this point and now they need us more than ever to send them positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning this Super Bowl. I fell Tommy really needs our prayer, our support and love at this time. So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him, so he can feel confident, healthy and strong. Envision him happy and fulfilled experiencing with his team a victory this Sunday." Not surprisingly, the "New York Post" put it on their front page yesterday. They also contacted Gisele about it. Her reply was, "I am surprised that you received this e-mail; it was a private note only sent to close friends and family."

If you were hoping to catch a glimpse of Madonna's 53-year-old naughty parts during her Super Bowl halftime show, I have bad news. She says, "There will be no wardrobe malfunctions. I promise. It'll be a spectacular show for all age groups, and it will be a feast for the ears and eyes." Madonna will sing three old songs and one new one. She didn't elaborate because she doesn't want to "blow the surprise" but the new one is surely her single "Give Me All Your Luvin'". Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. will join her on stage for that song and I don't think they can promise no nipslips out of those two! It's funny that Madonna, of all people, is popping up on the Super Bowl injury report. She says she pulled a hamstring while rehearsing for the show, and also suffered a cut on her nose. But she's going to play through it. She says, "I feel like one of the players. But I'm all right. You have to be ready for your game so I rehearse, rehearse, rehearse so I'm ready for anything." Here is a preview of her video that debuted on "American Idol" last night.

This is a terrible way to kick off Black History Month. Don Cornelius, the genius who created and hosted "Soul Train" died yesterday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He was 75. Police were called to Don's L.A. home at about 4:00 A.M. It was reportedly one of Don's sons who made the call. They took him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Cornelius did not leave a suicide note, but sources say he was battling several health issues and the pain had become pretty intense. Don attended broadcasting school in 1966. Three years later he pitched "Soul Train" as an African-American version of Dick Clark's "American Bandstand". He even spent $400 of his own money to film the pilot. "Soul Train" debuted in Chicago in 1970. Tomorrow night at 10:00pm, VH1 and VH1 Classic will re-broadcast a 90-minute documentary called "Soul Train: The Hippest Train in America".

Leslie Carter, the 25-year-old sister of Nick and Aaron Carter, has died in upstate New York. There's no word yet what happened. A source says Leslie was battling a prescription drug addiction. Leslie was an aspiring singer at one point. She had a single called "Like Wow!" on the "Shrek" soundtrack in 2001 and she was featured on the family's reality show, "House of Carters", in 2006. But Leslie stepped away from showbiz and had been living a normal life for the past several years. She got married in 2008, and she and her husband welcomed a baby girl just last year. The family released a statement saying, "Our family is grieving right now and it's a private matter.

Everyone seems to agree that Demi Moore was running off the rails before her hospitalization last week. And now, a source says her bizarre and inappropriate behavior included making a play for 24-year-old Zac Efron. Zac is good friends with Rumer Willis and Demi reportedly forced herself into Rumer's social circle and made a beeline for Zac. The source says, "She calls him and texts him a lot, but he's not interested at all. He thinks she's a creepy cougar." Another source says this is just part of Demi's desperate attempt to stay young as she approaches 50, "She's been really down, and she's surrounding herself with young people to make her feel better."

Katy Perry may be ready to cash in on the concert movie craze, partaking in the box office successes enjoyed by the Jonases, Cyruses, and the Jackson family. Apparently Katy has a 3-D feature that may have already been filmed and is reportedly being eyed by Paramount, the same studio that rolled out "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never 3D" in 2011. Word is there's a documentary angle to the untitled project, and it could release this June or July.

Taylor Swift seemed like a lock for the part of Eponine in the new movie version of "Les Miserables" but it's not happening. Instead the role is going to a woman you've never heard of named Samantha Barks. She played the part in a 25th anniversary concert version in 2010. There's no word why Taylor is out. She was supposedly offered the role last month. Lea Michele, Evan Rachel Wood and Scarlett Johansson were also in the running for the part.

Before they officially called it quits, Emma Roberts did everything possible to ice out Chord Overstreet. "Emma told Chord he didn't need to spend New Year's with her. It was just her and her girlfriends, a tradition she always does," one source says. "Emma is pretty difficult to be in a relationship with." She had been belittling Chord for months, another source says. A source said, "She acts like he's really dumb." Most sources say the relationship just ran its course.

Sofia Vergara tops AskMen.com's list of the 99 Most Desirable Women of 2012. Last year, Sofia finished third, behind Mila Kunis and Blake Lively, who aren't even in the top ten this year. Two surprisingly poor performers this year were Megan Fox, who came in 96th and Pippa Middleton, who finished 98th. Pippa's sister Kate Middleton crushed her at #11. Oh, and thankfully, this year we don't have to compare the finishes of Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie and discuss how it affects them, us and the fate of the universe as we know it. Neither one of them made this year's list. Here is the Top 10:
1.) Sofia Vergara
2.) Kate Upton
3.) Rooney Mara
4.) Miranda Kerr
5.) Nicki Minaj
6.) Emma Stone
7.) Scarlett Johansson
8.) Kim Kardashian
9.) Rihanna
10.) Candice Swanepoel

Kim Kardashian posted two pictures of herself on Twitter in bras from the Kardashian Kollection lingerie line. She also pointed out her new, lighter hair color, which, truthfully, I totally would not have noticed otherwise. However, just a few days ago, Kim also went to Twitter to announce her plans to get closer to God or maybe just Tim Tebow saying, "I want to start a bible study group with my friends!" What the...bras and bibles? Really Kim?

Tracy Morgan's mother, Alicia Warden, needs to come up with $25,000 or her home will be foreclosed on. Tracy is worth $18 million. Problem solved, right? Wrong. Tracy is refusing to give his mother the money reportedly because they've been estranged for years. Tracy is upset with Alicia for supposedly talking about him to the media behind his back. Alicia says she hasn't seen her son in person in over a decade. Tracy is offering his mom $2,000 so she can make a minimum payment required to keep her in the house a little longer. But he's calling it a "one-shot deal." Tracy's younger sister Asia says, "He's never been a nice person." She also calls him a d-bag and says he's only gotten worse since becoming rich and famous. Is he doing the right thing or do you always help your mama out no matter what she does to you?

When "X Factor" comes back for its second season in the fall, Nicole Scherzinger will not be a judge, Steve Jones will not be the host and Paula Abdul may be back at home on her couch. Last night, Steve Tweeted, "I won't be hosting next seasons 'X Factor', which is a shame, but I can't complain as I've had a great time. Good luck to everyone on the show." Obviously, it sounds like Steve was essentially fired. Last month, Steve said, "Fingers crossed, I'd love to come back. If they want me back, great. If they don't, I'll do something else, it's as simple as that." But Nicole's situation may have been different. A "source close to Nicole" tells E! News, "She wants to focus on her music career. She's spoken to Simon Cowell and he's given her his blessing. 'X Factor' took a lot more of her time than she ever expected." Nicole hasn't commented, but Fox has confirmed that Nicole and Steve are out. Late last night, there was a lot of talk that Paula is also gone, but there's no official word from Fox on that. One source credits news of Paula's departure to a so-called "Simon Cowell insider" who, for what it's worth, also says, "none of the three left on their own accord, it was cleaning house day at the so-so rated series."

Demi Moore is said to be undergoing "spiritual counseling" while her daughters Rumer and Tallulah have been spending time with their dad, Bruce Willis. Their other daughter Scout is studying at Brown University, and hasn't been back to L.A. since Demi's hospitalization last week. There's no word where Demi is. Some have said she's in a rehab clinic, but that hasn't been confirmed.

Will.I.Am may not have the rest of the Black Eyed Peas on his next album #WillPower but he has a ton of other guests. The list includes: Britney Spears, Alicia Keys, Nicole Scherzinger, Busta Rhymes, LMFAO, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger, who appear on the single "T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)". And that may not be it. Will.I.Am adds, "I got a whole other bunch of collaborations." There's no track list or release date yet.

George Clooney dumped his model ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis last year and now she's picking up with another celebrity. But hooking up with Steve-O from "Jackass" may not live up to the Clooney standards. They went to a hair salon this weekend together so, it's fair to assume they're totally dating now, right? In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, the two have been getting pretty up close and personal in the past few weeks. They hit up Trust Hair Salon in West Hollywood on Saturday and they both got into Steve-O's car. Check out the "proof" below.

An edited version of the 911 call that preceded Demi Moore's hospitalization last week hit the Internet over the weekend. And from that call, we learned that Demi was smoking something, we just don't know what. The female caller, a friend of Demi's, told the operator, "She smoked something. It's not marijuana, but it's similar to it. It's similar to incense. She seems to be having convulsions of some sort." The caller added, "She's semi-conscious, barely. She's convulsing." A second woman gets on the phone and says, "She's shaking, convulsing, burning up. I'm taking cold water and putting it on her back because she's burning up." She tells the operator that something else might have contributed to Demi's condition. When asked what she took, the woman says, "Some form of" but whatever she says next is edited out. Then she adds, "She's been having some issues with some other stuff lately. I don't know what she's been taking or not." She also says, "Demi, can you hear me? Yes, she's squeezing my hand. She can't speak. She's convulsing so we're holding her down." So, was it salvia that sent Demi to the hospital? There's circumstantial evidence that it could be. Remember, Salvia is the legal hallucinogen that Miley Cyrus was caught on video smoking back in December of 2010. Demi plays Miley's mother in a movie that's coming out this year called "LOL". Did one of these ladies turn the other on to the wonders of Salvia or is this all just a coincidence? Another possibility is that Demi was toking spice - a synthetic form of pot also known as K2 or herbal incense. Some medical studies have linked spice to, "psychosis, heart attacks and convulsions." Sources close to Demi say she hasn't been drinking alcohol lately, but she downs tons of Red Bull, and she never eats.

If you spent an entire week having sex with someone you'd remember them, right? Brandi Glanville from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" claims she had a fling with Gerard Butler over the summer. But Gerard says he doesn't know who she is. Brandi made the claim on the Bravo talk show "Watch What Happens Live". She said it wasn't a one-night stand but a "week of fun." She rated the experience an 11 out of 10. The other day, the paparazzi caught up with Gerard Butler and asked him about it. He said, "Who's Brandi Glanville?" But Brandi's sticking to her story, and she claims Butler lied because he didn't want anyone to know about it. She says, "He called me last night and told me he said it. He is upset because he is a private person. I don't lie so he can suck it!" Brandi is a model who used to be married to actor Eddie Cibrian until he famously dumped her for Leann Rimes. This is the cameras catching up to Gerard.

After her 2011 marriage debacle, Kim Kardashian needs to polish up her image. And who better to help her do that than Tim Tebow? In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, Kim is trying to get her hooks into him. A source says, "Kim has a big crush on Tim. She says he's not only very handsome but seems like a guy with really strong values. Kim needs to rehab her image to get her career revved up again. Dating someone like Tim Tebow would certainly do the trick." Not surprisingly, Tim's not biting, "Tim's been made aware of Kim's crush, and although flattered, he's not interested. He's an avowed virgin who's saving himself for marriage and is looking for a woman with similar values, not someone with two failed marriages and a sex tape in her past."

There had been some talk that the Spice Girls may reunite for the Olympics in London this summer and Mel B has confirmed that something is in the works, but not for the Olympics. In an interview on Australian TV, she said, "I think the Queen's Jubilee concert is the event I'd be looking at more closely for that to happen." But she wouldn't elaborate any further. Afterwards, she reportedly said backstage, "I'm going to be in such strife for saying that. It's all so totally bloody top-secret still." There's no comment from any of the other Spice Girls. The group last reunited back in 2007. The Queen's Diamond Jubilee is an event that will celebrate the 60th year of Queen Elizabeth the Second's reign. It's happening in Britain the first week in June.

Is anyone with us on the Hot Couple Alert? Today we found out that Jason Derulo is dating Jordin Sparks. When did that happen? He confirmed it by saying that his girlfriend is helping to nurse him back to health after he fractured his neck in a dancing accident, "We are together. She lives in Phoenix and she comes to Miami and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she'll go on walks with me. We've gotten closer because of my accident. It's awesome to have someone you can talk to and she's a wonderful person." Jason was injured a few weeks ago when he accidentally landed on his head while dancing, snapping a vertebrae. "It was shocking because I've never broken a bone or anything," he told People. "I'm taking it one day at a time. It's been really eye opening. It's given me a chance to look at everything and realize how blessed I truly am."

If only Kris Humphries had asked Snoop Dogg for advice before marrying Kim Kardashian maybe he could have saved himself 72 days of misery. Snoop gives his take on the whole situation in a new YouTube video and it's pretty brutal. Speaking directly to Kris, he says, "You dumb-ass [n-word], you shouldn't have tried to wife the bitch, man. She's not that kind of a ho. She's cold-blooded. I'm pretty sure she'll have a book in a month talking about all the [n-words] that she got and how she played them. So my advice is you can't make a ho a housewife. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Let her do what she was born to do: Ho."

WARNING: This includes words that are NOT SAFE for WORK or KIDS!!

Super Bowl commercials are now such a big deal that we're getting commercials for the commercials. I guess that shouldn't be surprising. The big one today is a clip that popped up on YouTube, which shows Matthew Broderick reprising his role as Ferris Bueller from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", which hit theaters 26 years ago. There isn't much to the clip. It's 10 seconds long, and just shows "Ferris" in a robe opening his curtains and saying, "How can I handle work on a day like today?" We don't even know what the ad is for yet. The video's description on its YouTube page says, "We hate to be such a tease, but on a day like today, we just have to. Stick it out until the Super Bowl, or take a 'day off' on Monday and catch the big reveal."

Chris Brown has released a new track called "Turn Up the Music", which features Chris chanting the biggest cliches ever, "If you're sexy and you know it, put your hands up in the air." The song is off his next album "Fortune". The album doesn't have a release date, but it's supposed to be out sometime this spring. You can find the song right HERE.

TMZ claims that Demi Moore ended up in the hospital for doing whip-its, which means she was inhaling nitrous oxide. It's not exactly something you'd expect a 49-year-old to be doing. Especially not a filthy rich 49-year-old. A source says the nitrous caused a seizure and Demi lapsed into semi-consciousness. That's when her friend called 911. Meanwhile, RadarOnline says Demi is being treated for anorexia. A source says, "She has not taken care of her health at all lately and has lost a ton of weight." And then there's this: Several sources are reporting that Demi was partying pretty hard with her daughter Rumer a few weeks before her hospitalization. They hit up a club called Beacher's Madhouse on January 11th. One source says Demi was trashed and, "table danced while three guys sat there watching." She was also all over actor Ryan Rottman, who's 27 years old, six years younger than Ashton Kutcher. Ashton is still in Brazil where he went to shoot a catalog. He has yet to comment on Demi's problems.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are having problems and sources say divorce is "inevitable" in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day. Apparently, Gwen is getting tired of finding out the sordid details of Gavin's past. The discovery process started about two years after they got married in 2002 when it was revealed that Gavin is the father of model Daisy Lowe. Then in 2010, Gavin admitted that he'd had a relationship with a cross-dresser. But he said he was 17 at the time and he was only "experimenting." Right after that, Courtney Love claimed she was nailing Gavin while he was dating Gwen. Gavin never confirmed that one and Courtney may have been full of it. A source says, "Gwen often wonders what other secrets Gavin is hiding. It's getting harder and harder for her to go through the motions with a man she sometimes feels like she doesn't even know."

Pat Sajak and Vanna White have done "Wheel of Fortune" drunk. In fact, it sounds like it may have happened routinely back in the day. During an appearance on ESPN'S "Dan Le Batard is Highly Questionable", Pat said this was when, "he was much younger and could tolerate those things." Pat said he and Vanna would hit up a local Mexican restaurant between tapings. He said, "They served great margaritas, so Vanna and I would go and have two, or three or six and then come back and do the last shows, and have trouble recognizing the alphabet. They're really good tapes to get a hold of." The part where they get hammered starts at the 1:05 mark.

Mario Lopez takes off his pants on "Ellen". I think that's all you need to know. Enjoy!

Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night. Her rep blamed stress and exhaustion, "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends." But in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, there was more to it than that. 911 was called to Demi's home Monday night at 10:45 due to substance abuse and that's what she's seeking treatment for. It was a female friend of Demi's who called 911. She told the operator Demi was shaking and, "acting like she was suffering from a seizure." Demi split from Ashton Kutcher back in November because of his alleged cheating. She's been spending most of her time since then not eating. Due to her hospitalization, Demi has dropped out of "Lovelace" the movie about legendary porno star Linda Lovelace. Demi was going to play feminist icon Gloria Steinem. Amanda Seyfried is playing Linda in the film.

Remember how worried we were for Khloe Kardashian after Lamar Odem got traded to the Dallas Mavricks? We figured she'd be so bored with no family and no Rodeo Drive. Well, bored no more, girl got herself a job! She is getting her own radio show. She'll take requests and chat with her celebrity friends every weekday for an hour. The show is called "The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom" and it debuts on Monday. Khloe actually has radio experience. In 2009, she had a noontime show in Miami and she's had temporary gigs in Los Angeles, too.

Puff Diddly Pooh is starting "a music-themed cable network" called "Revolt," which is expected to launch on December 12th. Or 12-12-12 so that's cool. It's a "music and music news channel with an urban skew." In other words, old-school MTV.

Death watch on Wisteria Lane! We found out that a major character will meet her (or his) demise in an episode of "Desperate Housewives." The cast just learned about the shocking death this week. ABC won't spill details — we don't know if it's one of ladies or one of the husbands — but the pivotal passing will air in March.

But Kristen Wiig and her writing partner Annie Mumolo were nominated for Best Screenplay. Angelina Jolie will be at the Oscars this year strictly as Brad Pitt's arm candy. Halle Berry is going to court today to seek some kind of legal protection for her 3-year-old daughter Nahla claiming the child's father is a danger to her. And she might have a point. Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry, is being investigated for child endagerment, after he pushed Nahla's nanny while she was holding Nahla. Law enforcement sources say that last Wednesday, Aubry decided to keep Nahla home with him instead of taking her to school. The nanny, who works for both parents, was supposed to pick Nahla up at school. But when she got there, she was told Nahla never came in. So the nanny went to Aubry's house to see what happened. With Nahla in her arms, she asked Aubry why he didn't take her to school. And he flipped out on her, yelling, "You're the effing nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to effing know anything." Then he pushed the nanny out the door. So she filed a police report. Kim Kardashian is still defending her marriage against those who claim it was all just a sham. Here's the latest: Kim told Kelly Ripa yesterday there's no way the marriage was a gimmick because filing for divorce was a bad business decision and she doesn't make those. On "Live! With Kelly", Kim said, "I'm a smart businesswoman, I would have stayed married longer. This was a bad business decision. I really didn't think following my heart would create this much backlash." She's also sticking to her story that she didn't make all the money off the wedding that the media claims she did, "I definitely tried everything I could to save it, but also heard stories of people who had kids and stayed married for years and it didn't end up working out. I want babies and that forever love and if I felt in my heart that this wasn't right, why wait years for the same result?"

Chris Brown and Rihanna were both at a Hollywood club called Greystone Manor Sunday night, but witnesses say they didn't interact. Plus, Chris was there with his girlfriend. His rep is still sticking to the same story, "Chris and Rihanna are just friends. He is with his girlfriend and not cheating." They both arrived at different times and in separate cars. I'm just not buying it. 2012 is the year for the reunion. Amen.

The 33-year-old was treated for minor cardiac arrest and transferred by ambulance to hospital. An ECG has confirmed he did not suffer a heart attack, and he is undergoing further tests. It is the second time he has been hospitalised this season, after being treated for heat stress in December.
