#HipsterXmasSong Hashtag is Creating Hilarious Holiday Songs
Millennials are the butt of the joke in this trending hashtag game
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, but it was a lot cooler before everyone thought so. #HipsterXmasSong
We kid! That’s just our contribution to Twitter account @iCanHash’s latest hashtag game in which they’ve challenged fellow tweeters to alter the lyrics of beloved Christmas songs to create a #HipsterXmasSong of their own.
The results are hilarious, and not surprisingly, there seems to be a few common themes, like man buns, beards, flannel, indifference, locally sourced everything, and an aversion to anything mainstream, just to name a few.
There’s nothing like some friendly millennial bashing to get you into the holiday spirit, amirite?
So, without further ado, we bring to you some of the finest #HipsterXmasSongs we could find:

To be fair, craft beer is delicious. And vinyl sounds tasty. Say what you want, but if being a hipster is wrong, we don’t want to be mainstream. Sort of.
