Lupita Nyong'o has been named People's Most Beautiful Person for 2014. The gracious 31-year-old says she "never dreamed" she'd win the title, and calls it "exciting" and "a major, major compliment." But she's most happy "for all the girls who would see me on the cover and feel a little more seen," she says. She recalls that growing up, after having been born in Mexico and raised in Kenya, she thought "light skin and long, flowing, straight hair" was what it meant to be beautiful, because that's what she saw on TV. She says happiness is the most important thing. She adds, "My mother always said I was beautiful. And I finally believed her at some point."

"Bachelorette" contestant Eric Hill died yesterday in a paragliding accident in Utah. Eric won the first one-on-one date with the current Bachelorette Andi Dorfman. The date didn't work out and he was sent home, but the show is still currently filming. His sister said the accident on Sunday left him in a medical induced coma and he finally passed away yesterday.

Chris Brown will be in jail at least until June, after his latest bid for freedom was denied. Brown, who was jailed last month after getting kicked out of rehab, was flown to Washington D.C. and kept jailed as he awaited trial in his assault case. The trial was supposed to start yesterday, but was postponed until June. Brown asked the judge in the Rihanna beating case to release him in the meantime, but the judge shut him down. Brown will soon be flown back to L.A. where he'll remain in jail until June at the very least. If Brown is convicted in D.C., the judge in the Rihanna case could violate his probation and sentence Brown to four years.

Kristen Stewart has reportedly found love again with a female friend. Her name is Alicia Cargile, and she was there to pick up the pieces after Kristen got dumped by Robert Pattinson. A source says they recently went to a resort in Palm Springs together, and they were seen kissing and laughing. Witnesses claim it was totally hot.

It looks like Beyonce is getting her way: Sources claim she and hubby Jay Z won't be attending Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West next month. A source said Jay Z would be there if it wasn't going to be such a public event, but neither Bey or Jay wants to end up on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Instead, Jay is making it up to his longtime buddy by throwing Kanye a lavish bachelor party in New York. But he's also shelling out more than $168,000 on a yacht rental for their honeymoon.

Keke Palmer legally cannot buy beer. But she can host a daily talk show. The 20-year-old actress has been signed to host a new daily talk show being produced by BET Networks. This will make her the youngest TV talk show host ever. Most recognize KeKe as "True Jackson, VP" from Nickelodeon or as "Akeelah and the Bee." The show, which has the working title of "The Keke Palmer Project," will cover a variety of topics, including fashion, social media, pop culture, sex and more. Celebrity interviews, "on the street" bits and undercover segments will also be part of the mix for the series which is slated to begin in July.

Katy Perry released a "trailer" for her upcoming video for "Birthday", and she shows off some wild acting chops by playing the "world's worst birthday party entertainers." They are: An elderly Vegas burlesque dancer, a Jewish bar mitzvah emcee, a Craigslist clown, a creepy animal trainer and a princess with a Valley Girl accent. Some people aren't happy about the Jewish emcee, for this joke "he" makes: "Did you hear about the rabbi who did free circumcisions? He only did it for TIPS!" The full video is coming out Thursday.

Cameron Diaz is organizing a girls' holiday to help Gwyneth Paltrow get over her marital break up. She and Chris Martin split up after ten years of marriage. Cameron wants to get her, Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston all together and head to the Italian Riviera.

Everyone's so excited for a Beyonce and Jay Z summer tour, but it may not happen now and I blame Blue Ivy. She wants a baby sister or brother and it looks like the Carters are ready! A source says they've been trying since February, and her friends are convinced she's already pregnant. They said the same things that happened during her pregnancy with Blue Ivy are happening again. She's letting her hair go natural, her diet's changed, she's always blushing and giggling. Another source said, "It's so obvious!" We may have to wait for another big award show for Bey to confirm this.

Scarlett Johansson goes full-frontal in her new movie "Under the Skin", and a nice, relatively clean set of pictures just hit the web. In the movie, Scarlett plays an alien who takes the form of a woman in order to seduce and prey on hitchhikers in Scotland. It's based on a novel of the same name by Dutch author Michel Faber. The movie hit theaters in limited release earlier this month.

Not all actors get along. I guess that's why they're good actors. But some of them have such a horrible time with each other that they vow to never work together again. Here's a list of a few of these strained relationships:
-James Franco and Tyrese: Tyrese couldn't stand Franco's "method acting" on the set of the 2006 movie "Annapolis". It got so bad that Franco would hit him for real during their boxing scenes.
-Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj: Their feud on "American Idol" was pretty legendary, and it really dragged the show down.
-Shia LaBeouf and Alec Baldwin: When they tried to do a play together, it never even got out of rehearsals. They locked horns from the get-go, and Shia was eventually fired. Since LaBeouf isn't famous anymore, don't anticipate a reunion.
-Lindsay Lohan and America Ferrera: When Lindsay made a guest appearance on "Ugly Betty" in 2008, she brought all her usual baggage and bad behavior with her. She was supposed to do six episodes, but it was cut to four.
-LL Cool J and Jamie Foxx: During the filming of "Any Given Sunday", LL was so intense during a fight scene with Jamie that he kept hitting him even after the director yelled cut. So Jamie called the cops on him. But they later reconciled.
-William Baldwin and Sharon Stone are no strangers to controversy. When these two starred in "Sliver" together, there was so much tension off-screen that Sharon bit William's tongue and he was unable to talk correctly for a few days.

Monday April 21

On the finale of her reality show last night, Lindsay Lohan revealed that she suffered a miscarriage during filming. She didn't say who the father was. But she said, "No one knows this, I had a miscarriage for those two weeks that I took off. It's a very long story, but that's why on the show when it says she doesn't want to come down, I couldn't move, I was sick. Mentally, that messes with you."

We told you at the end of last month that Pharrell Williams was going to join "The Voice" in place of CeeLo Green. He's not the only shake up for next season. Gwen Stefani is set to join the coaches' panel in place of Christina Aguilera. She announced in February that she is pregnant with her second child. The new season will begin shooting in June. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are both expected to return, but NBC hasn't confirmed that yet.

Kate Mara had to do a nude scene with Kevin Spacey on their Netflix show "House of Cards" so she decided to play a trick on him. She said from the start of the show, she found him just as playful as she was. So she tried throwing him off his game by wearing pasties with his face on them when they filmed a nude scene. But she didn't succeed. She said, "Of course, because Kevin wants to win whatever the game is and because he always wins, he did not laugh. He waited until the director said 'Cut' and then he laughed."

Miley Cyrus is still recovering from her "extreme allergic reaction" to antibiotics and now she has announced that she's canceling the remaining dates of her U.S. tour. She will resume the U.S. tour Aug. 1st in Uniondale, N.Y. The new dates will include seven rescheduled shows and two additional stops. The European leg of the tour is still scheduled to kick off May 2nd in Amsterdam. Existing tickets for the tour will be honored at the new date. Last week, Miley's people said this type of reaction could take up to a month to recover from.

Friday April 18

Lindsay Lohan was asked about the leaked list of people she hooked up with on "Watch What Happens Live" on Bravo last night. She finally admitted that she wrote that epic list of her sexual conquests. She said, "That was actually my fifth step in AA at Betty Ford. And someone, when I was moving during the OWN show, must have taken a photo of it. And so that's a really personal thing and it's really unfortunate. I talk about it on the last episode on the OWN show, so to be continued."

Naya Rivera and Lea Michele were at the center of a huge girl fight on the set of "Glee" that ended with one of them storming out in anger, but who left depends on who you ask. Naya's people say that most of the cast and crew were annoyed on Tuesday because Lea made everyone else wait to shoot a scene while she stepped away to deal with personal matters. It got so bad that Naya went to producers and said Lea was pissing everyone off. That's why Lea stormed off. But Lea's people are saying that Lea didn't even know that Naya complained. They say Naya showed up to the set in really bad shape - most likely due to the break up with Big Sean. She went off on one of the producers on the show and they got really upset with her and it escalated from there. With her behavior, it's a lot more serious than a called-off engagement. Additionally, Lea never left the set except to do a live Twitter chat that had been scheduled in advance — and she left with two other cast mates and creator Ryan Murphy.

In a recent interview, former N'SYNC member Joey Fatone has a simple explanation for why the Backstreet Boys are touring again. During a conversation about his series "My Family Recipe Rocks," HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker asked Joey if he thought the Backstreet Boys were showing up N'SYNC because they're still around. Fatone offered another theory, "I feel like they just need the money. No offense, guys." Click forward to 11:07 to hear him talk about boy bands.

WARNING!! A Wu-Tang affiliated rapper named Christ Bearer cut off his penis and jumped from a second-story balcony in Los Angeles in an apparent suicide attempt. He survived and was taken to a nearby hospital and doctors were unable to re-attach his Johnson, but he is said to be in stable condition. Witnesses say it happened suddenly and without warning, and the guy wasn't under the influence of "hard drugs."

Drake cheated and lied on his latest album -- shamelessly stealing a jazz musician's lyrics and then lying on the album that he got permission -- so claims the jazz musician's people. The song in question is "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2." The song begins with a 35 second monologue from a 1982 song "Jimmy Smith Rap" recorded by jazz musician Jimmy Smith. According to a new lawsuit, Drake never got permission to use the clip.

Jenny McCarthy is marrying Donnie Wahlberg. Jenny announced their engagement (PICTURE) on "The View" yesterday. Her son, Evan, helped Donnie propose: "This weekend I was sitting with Donnie and he went into the other room and out came Evan with a card that said 'Will.' And he ran away and came back with a card that said 'You,' and I knew what was happening and I just started crying," she recounted. "And then he came out with a card that said 'Marry,' but it was spelled 'Mary,' and the last time Donnie came out with Evan and Evan's shirt said 'Me?' and he was holding the ring. He asked, 'Will you marry me?'" After Jenny said yes, 11-year-old Evan yelled out, "I have another dad!" and everyone started crying, she said. No date has been set just yet! Speaking of "The View" every single host, past and present, will be on the show on Thursday, May 15th, which is the day before Barbara Walters' final show. That's 11 ladies in all: Meredith Vieira, Star Jones, Joy Behar, Debbie Matenopoulos, Lisa Ling, Rosie O'Donnell, Elisabeth Hasslebeck and the current panel, which consists of Barbara, Jenny, Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd.

Jay Z and Beyoncé are launching a stadium tour together! They plan on announcing 20 dates in the US that will start in late June. This could lead up to a huge show in New York City on July 4th. They both recently wrapped up tours that supported their latest albums and they've been showing up together on stage a lot recently including the Grammys and a Super Bowl party not to mention they both popped up on stage at Coachella over the weekend. We'll keep you posted!!

August Alsina was on "106 and Park" yesterday and it took an ugly turn when he refused to answer a question about Trey Songz. A while back, they were supposed to do a show together but August said Trey was acting like a diva so he decided he want anything to do with him. Watch what happens when Keisha asks him about it!

When Paul Walker died in November, he hadn't finished all his work on "Fast & Furious 7". And now the producers have a plan to fill the remaining holes. They hired his younger brothers to stand in for him. Their names are Caleb and Cody Walker, and a Facebook post on the "Fast & Furious" page says, quote, "We have resumed shooting and Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too." The movie is scheduled to come out next April. Check out the brothers in THIS PICTURE!

Miley Cyrus was taken to the hospital on Tuesday in Kansas City after she suffered "an absolutely horrible reaction" to medication. It was so severe that Miley had to cancel last night's performance at the Sprint Center. She Tweeted her regrets to the fans. Remember, Miley had to cancel a show due to the flu last week, and a source says she's been battling major throat and sinus issues. She seems okay though. Last night she Tweeted a PICTURE of herself in her hospital bed with a toy octopus saying, "Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me."

Tuesday April 15

Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith from the reality show "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" have a sex tape and it's going on sale next Monday. The story is that the porno company Vivid.com got a hold of it, and got Mimi and Nikko to sign off on it. The producers of "Love & Hip Hop" also gave their blessing. Of course, it's more likely that this was planned from the beginning. HERE are some still shots from the tape!

Kanye West may be a whiner when he doesn't win awards, but Ice Cube may have just out-Kanyed him because he's complaining that he lost an MTV Movie Award to the late Paul Walker. Walker and Vin Diesel won Best Onscreen Duo for "Fast & Furious 6" beating out Ice Cube and Kevin Hart for "Ride Along". And he says MTV only gave them the award out of sympathy. He said, "Shame on you, MTV. We had the best chemistry of everybody nominated, for us not to win was crazy. We were the best onscreen duo, period." Ice Cube also admitted he left the show halfway through, because he just wasn't into it.He has been going to these shows for 25 years and he figures as soon as you get bored, get up and leave. But Ice Cube later Tweeted that he was joking because he couldn't care less about winning awards. He added, "And Paul Walker fans don't trip. I was a fan too."

Comedian Capone is set to play Suge Knight in the upcoming N.W.A. biopic. Co-founder Ice Cube recently began casting for "Straight Outta Compton" and it should be released sometime in 2015.

Jennifer Hudson and Timbaland have teamed up for a new track called "Walk It Out." It will be on her third yet-to-be-titled album due out later this year. WARNING: bad language included!

Monday April 14

Coachella was crawling with celebrities during the festival's opening weekend, and several A-list musicians appeared onstage alongside the event's performers. Beyoncé and Jay Z both made surprise appearances onstage. Beyoncé danced during her sister Solange's, but didn't sing. And Jay rapped for a few minutes with Nas. Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance during a set by Chance the Rapper. For some reason, David Hasslehoff made it to the show and hung with Kid Cudi. And Pharrell had Gwen Stefani show up to do "Holla Back Girl" not to mention he had Snoop Dogg too. And Busta Rhymes and Puff Diddly Pooh showed up to do "Pass the Courvoisier." If you missed the big Outkast reunion, don't worry, the entire performance is here!! All 90-plus minutes of it, but WARNING: language is raw!!

There have been rumors that a Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez sex tape may exist and even if it does, PornHub.com doesn't want it, because they're sick of Justin's punk behavior. The company says, "We just don't approve of all of Bieber's gross behavior he's being a real jerk." Of all the places to draw a line, this is pretty random, but nonetheless, this is still awesome.

The MTV Movie Awards were last night, and these are the only five moments that really mattered:
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" was the big winner last night. It won Best Movie, and Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence won Best Male and Female Performance, respectively. Channing Tatum picked up the Trailblazer Award while Mark Wahlberg received the Generation Award. Host Conan O'Brien was able to pull in 50 different celebrity cameos in his opening speech. But the moment (and the Vine) everyone is talking about this morning is when Rita Ora did rip off Zac Efron's shirt while he was accepting his award for Best Shirtless Performance.

Best On-Screen Transformation: Jared Leto, "Dallas Buyers Club"

Best Comedic Performance: Jonah Hill, "The Wolf of Wall Street"

Best Villain: Mila Kunis, "Oz, The Great and Powerful"

Best Kiss: Emma Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Will Poulter, "We're the Millers"

Best Fight: Orlando Bloom and Evangeline Lilly, "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug"

CBS didn't waste any time in announcing David Letterman's replacement. Stephen Colbert will take over "The Late Show" sometime next year, although there's no specific timetable yet. CBS also confirmed that Stephen is dropping the super conservative character he plays on "The Colbert Report".

Beyonce shared pictures of a recent golf outing on her website and Instagram on Thursday — but it wasn't her putting skills that fans wanted to discuss. A number of outlets pointed out an odd-looking gap between the superstar's thighs in one picture, suggesting that the so-called "thigh gap" is the result of Photoshopping. Many expressed doubts about the picture, raising the possibility that Beyonce had her curves manipulated in the image. Other Twitter users believe the shot was just taken at a weird angle. Judge for yourself - see the PICTURE HERE!!

Drake stopped by Jimmy Kimmel last night to do a little "Lie Witness News" as "fake Drake"
