Jay Z, Beyoncé and her sister Solange Knowles went to the Met Gala in New York last Monday night and apparently something happened at an after party that made Solange attack Jay Z in an elevator. TMZ released the surveillance video, and since there's no audio, it's unclear what Solange was upset about, but she yelled and lunged a Jay, pushed him, hit him with her purse, kicked at him and had to be restrained by a guy who looks like a bodyguard. There's another woman in the elevator and it definitely looks like Beyoncé. She mostly stays out of it. The whole thing lasts over three minutes, and you can see the bodyguard pushing buttons while he's bear-hugging Solange. We're assuming he stopped the elevator to keep things private. She finally stops a couple minutes in, but keeps yelling. Then when the doors open she goes at him again, before they finally get out. Supposedly it was over something Jay Z said, that she took the wrong way. No one's commented yet, but look at the PRAYER Beyonce posted on Instagram? What does this mean? The footage was leaked by hotel security so someone's gonna get sued by the Carters. One source claims that Solange took every single picture of her sister out of her Twitter feed. But who's side is Beyonce on?
Kelly Rowland and her boyfriend Tim Witherspoon tied the knot on Friday in Puerto Rico. In November last year, it was announced that Kelly and Tim were engaged after he proposed on Skype. Kelly's friend Beyoncé and her sister Solange were both at the wedding. This was after the incident in the elevator just days before, so perhaps the sisters have made up already?
Miley Cyrus apparently took a shot at Liam Hemsworth while introducing "Wrecking Ball" at a recent show. She said, "So I'm gonna tell those motherf***ers that broke my heart, particularly one, to suck my fat d*** and to enjoy hearing this song for the rest of your life. This song is called 'Wrecking Ball'."
Clay Aiken's political opponent died yesterday. His name was Keith Crisco and he was 71. They were battling in North Carolina for the right to face Republican Renee Ellmers for her seat in Congress in November. Clay was leading the race, but only by about 300 votes. HeTweeted, "I am suspending all campaign activities as we pray for his family and friends."
