It looks like we won't be subjected to endless media coverage of the wedding of the year because it's off! Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are over. Rumors have been flying for a while now, and they ramped up after Cyrus was spotted without her engagement ring (though she denied the wedding had been called off just last week). But numerous sources confirm that the two are no more. Rumors had recently flown about him and January Jones, as well as he and Emma Watson, but Liam is back with family in Australia because he needed to get away from Los Angeles, says one source. However, one source still claims, "Miley and Liam have been a bit rocky, but are not giving up. They both want it to work."
Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette, wants to be the next "Bachelorette." While watching the three-hour event, she Tweeted, "Who will be the next Bachelorette? Me perhaps?? Hmmmmm..." Everyone flipped out thinking that Justin Bieber's mom could actually be the next woman to meet 25 men trying to find the next love of her life. Remember she went out on a date with the host, Chris Harrison, but they both agreed there were no sparks. It was just a fun evening. She later went to Twitter saying, "Ok, It was a joke everyone ;) As much as I love watching #thebachelor I wouldn't become the next bachelorette!"
Kristen Bell and the creator of "Veronica Mars" launched a Kickstarter campaign yesterday to fund a movie version of the show. They were trying to raise $2 million in a month, but they already surpassed that goal last night, in less than a day. It's the fastest project yet to reach $1 million on Kickstarter — in 4 hours, 24 minutes. Warner Bros. has given the project its blessing, and Kristen and other cast members are ready to begin production this summer for a 2014 release.
During his season on "American Idol,"
you might remember it was all about Sanjaya Malakar
. And his hair, remember the frohawk? It seems like things aren't going all that well for him now, unfortunately. "In Touch"
magazine has a photo that apparently shows Sanjaya Malakar singing for money in a New York subway station. Witnesses say he was singing Otis Redding's "(Sittin' on) the Dock of the Bay"
and had people doing double takes because he's still a decent singer! Click HERE
