Last night at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards, one of the highlights happened before they even got off the red carpet. One reporter from TNT told Rashida Jones that she was very tan. Rashina is mixed. Wow. Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne, Patricia Arquette, and J.K. Simmons all gave moving SAG Award speeches Sunday night. "Birdman" and "Orange Is the New Black" were among the winners. But it was Viola Davis called out Hollywood for its lack of diversity.
There was a time when Kanye West would have gone nuclear on a guy over this so the fact that he could just smile and walk away is an improvement: Kanye and Kim Kardashian were walking through the airport in Washington, D.C. yesterday when a man tried to get him to sign a wedding picture of Kim. But Kanye refused because it was a picture from Kim's SECOND wedding, to Kris Humphries.
Mike Epps recently came under fire after he posted a "racist photo" online. The photo depicts three white man picking cotton while a black man whips them with a switch. In the corner of the photo, you see Martin Luther King Jr. looking down from the sky smiling. Epps captioned the photo with "I am so proud of you bro! lol." In a phone call, Epps says the whole situation is a misunderstanding and it all started with an email from his nephews. He said "I was just cracking a joke. I'm a comedian man. I thought it was funny. I didn't mean no harm. If I offended anybody, I apologize."
Not a good day for those that believe in the institution of marriage. Patrick Dempsey's wife Jillian has filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage. And it could get ugly since there's no prenup. Dr. McDreamy is about to be Single McDreamy. Meanwhile, Mandy Moore is splitting from Ryan Adams after almost six years of marriage. But their rep says, "It's a respectful, amicable parting of the ways."
Chris Brown is allegedly the victim of identity theft, and the police could be at fault. Chris was jailed last March after he was kicked out off his court-mandated rehab program, but was temporarily released under police supervision to travel to Washington, D.C. for a hearing in his assault case. While in official custody, Brown was transported to D.C., but not before stopping for a day at at the San Bernardino County Jail, where he was required to provide identification. Chris's I.D. was allegedly left behind at the jail. Now, nine months later, it surfaced online with a guy attempting to sell it for $10,000. An investigation is ongoing to determine how police lost possession of the card and if any charges will be filed.
On "Ellen" yesterday, Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow and Paul Bettany played a game of Never Have I Ever during which it was revealed that all three of them are members of the mile high club. Johnny, Gwyneth, and Paul were on "Ellen" together is because they're all in
the movie "Mortdecai", which opens today. But it's what they didn't admit that makes us wonder if Gwyneth and Johnny are dating. Watch the second video down there and tell me what chemistry you see!!
Usher and Kanye West will be among the honorees at this year's "BET Honors", which will air on February 23rd. Mary J. Blige, Trey Songz, Charlie Wilson, Jill Scott, Ne-Yo, Patti LaBelle, and K. Michelle will also be on-hand. Speaking of Usher, he was wearing a pretty ridiculous coonskin hat yesterday. HERE ARE SOME PICS. And here's a video he posted to Instagram of him singing in the car with it perched on his head.
A box might not seem like the most romantic place to have sex, but that's where WE tv show "Sex Box" sends couples who need to work on their intimacy issues—and in front of a live studio audience, no less. The box is soundproof and camera-free, though, so we don't actually see the action happen. But the couple does exit the box post-sex to talk with a panel of experts, including a sex therapist and a couples' counselor, about their relationship experiences both in and outside the box. The show premiers on Friday February 27th. Here is a preview of the show!
Jennifer Lopez was on "Watch What Happens Live" and in our favorite segment Plead the Fifth, Andy Cohen asked her a pretty personal question. He asked her what is the craziest place she's ever had sex. Her response? On a balcony - outside!
You may remember Marley Rose from "Glee" and she even starred in the Best Picture Oscar-nominated film "Whiplash" but now Melissa Benoist will play "Supergirl."Greg Berlanti is the same dude that produces "Aarow" and "The Flash" for The CW - he created this series for CBS.
Yesterday, we heard a rumor that Paula Abdul will be joining the panel of judges for "So You Think You Can Dance." That part was true. But joining Paula and Nigel Lythgoe will be Jason Derulo. And there's a new twist this time: Stage dancers vs. street dancers. Paula is basically replacing longtime judge Mary Murphy, whose contract was not renewed.
If you're sleeping on this relationship, I'd say it's time to wake up. Rihanna is reportedly bringing Leonardo DiCaprio home to Barbados to meet her family because things are getting serious. A source says, "She's always thought he was cute. She loves his look, his sweet smile and his little nose. The one thing that makes her weak every time she looks at him are his eyes. That alone makes her knees tremble."
For those of you who haven't read "Fifty Shades of Grey" the book. There is a scene in which Christian removes the tampon that Anastasia's wearing so he can have his way with her. Director Sam Taylor-Johnson says, "It didn't make it into the movie. It was never even discussed." The movie does include plenty of raunchy raunch, but not as much as there was in an early draft of the script. Taylor-Johnson says they pulled it back a little because, "The story is of equal importance."
It's just weeks away, and we finally have a host for the Grammys! LL Cool J will return to host for the fourth year in a row. Previously announced performers are Madonna, AC/DC, Ariana Grande, Eric Church and Ed Sheeran. And they've just added Pharrell, Sam Smith, Usher and Miranda Lambert. Common and John Legend will also drop by to perform "Glory" their Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe-winning song from "Selma." The Grammys go down Sunday February 8th on CBS.
Katy Perry heard how the surviving members of TLC had launched a Kickstarter to raise money to do a final album and so she chipped in $5,000. That qualifies her for a TLC onesie, a slumber party with Chilli or a slumber party with T-Boz. It's unclear if she's accepting one of the rewards. TLC's tour mates for The Main Event tour kicked in an additional $10,000. That came from New Kids on the Block. After just two days, TLC has met their goal of $150,000. Last we checked, they were up to $161,000. The money beyond $150K will go toward, "booking music producers, writing sessions, mixing, recording, and so much more."
If you thought the Lil Wayne/Cash Money chaos would blow over, you haven't heard Wayne's new mixtape, "Sorry 4 the Wait 2". He spends plenty of time taking shots at Birdman, the boss of the label and his former mentor. For example, on the track "Coco", Wayne raps, "Who kept this s*** together? Ni***, me, that's who. Who was there when ni*** left? Ni***, me that's who. Cash Money is an army, I'm a one man army."
We've heard from Beyonce and Ellie Goulding for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack, and now it's time for The Weeknd. The director, Sam Taylor-Johnson actually asked HIM to write a song for the movie - this is called "Earned It"
For the past two years or so, Justin Bieber has been mercilessly roasted on the Internet dating back to when he started acting like a punk, and doing stupid stuff like peeing in a nightclub mop bucket. And every time he gets bad press, no matter how deserved, he seems to hate it, and always says stuff like: "I'm just a kid and I make mistakes or it's about the music." So, it's kind of surprising that one source claims the Biebs has been begging Comedy Central to roast him and now, it's actually happening. A network exec joked, "He's been asking us for a few years. We just kept telling him to go create more source material first. We're thrilled he listened." Justin Tweeted, "Finally, after all that hard work, for my 21st birthday it's happening." "The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber" will reportedly tape in L.A. next month, just after Justin's 21st birthday, which is on the 1st. There's no airdate yet.
"The Voice" premier is just a month away. Christina Aguilera had her baby over the summer and will take back the coach's chair from Gwen Stefani, but Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams will all come back. They have also named the mentors for season 8. Ellie Goulding will join Team Adam, Nick Jonas will help Team Christina, Meghan Trainor will help out Team Blake and Lionel Richie will join Team Pharrell. "The Voice" comes back February 23rd on NBC.
Jennifer Lopez doesn't like that there's no term like "cougar" to describe a man who dates younger women. Yesterday on "Ellen" she said, "I hate that they have a label for a woman who would date a younger guy. If a younger guy is interested in you, what's the big deal? What's the word for the man who's after younger girls? There's just a little bit of an imbalance there. Not fair."
In the Hot Couple Alert, did Selena Gomez and Zedd confirm that they are actually dating? While they didn't come right out and say it, their photos are certainly speaking volumes. Let's take a look at the evidence, shall we? Selena posted THIS SELFIE and made us wonder, but then Zedd posted THIS SEXY PIC of Selena in bed and made us really wonder what this whole hashtag is all about?? #TheRoom
Meghan Trainor and Harry Styles from One Direction have written a song together. She says they wrote it together on her ukulele. She called it a cute acoustic love thing. The writing process exceeded her expectations. "He's an incredible writer. I was worried he'd just be a 20-year-old boy. So I walked in with a prepared verse and chorus," Meghan admitted. "But he gave me very poetic, mature lyrics. I was like, 'Well, damn, Harry, you know what love is." But here is a duet you'd never expect: Madonna and Mike Tyson. Yes, the heavyweight champion boxer Mike Tyson. She's got an album coming out in March and he's featured on a track called "Iconic" with Chance the Rapper. What? Mike Tyson singing? Rapping? No.
The last track on J. Cole's new album, "2014 Forest Hills Drive", serves as the album's credits and strangely, it includes a shout-out to racecar driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He raps, "Man, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., dawg. I'm never gon' forget, this is gonna sound crazy but I'm never gonna forget that s*** you told me, yo. For real Dale, from me to you, you my ni*** man, for real. I love you boy." He later says he's joking, and doesn't know Dale. But now they have met, and in a joint interview with ESPN, J. Cole says it wasn't random and that he's liked Dale ever since Dale said he loved his music.
Maroon 5 made it seem like the wedding crashing they did for their "Sugar" video was spontaneous. Even the band's rep tried to pass it off as the real deal. But apparently, it was all staged. Some people are now pointing out that a lot of the people at the weddings are professional actors. HERE IS PROOF! This bums me out! I thought it was a cool idea!
On Saturday, August Alsina performed a show to promote Non-violence. After the show, he was involved in a VIOLENT brawl backstage. He got into it with the show's promoter, Loose Cannon Slim, after Slim got upset at him for showing up late. They argued and it seemed like it would stop there, but then it got physical. WATCH IT HERE!!
The New England Patriots are headed to the Super Bowl to face the Seattle Seahawks after crushing the Indianapolis Colts. But that wasn't the coolest thing Patriots defensive lineman Vince Wilfork did that day. When Vince and his wife were driving home, they noticed a Jeep Wrangler rolled onto its side not far from the stadium. So they pulled over to help and Vince noticed the female driver was still trapped inside. Vince kept her calm until the police arrived and then he helped them pull her to safety. Yesterday, Vince very calmly said, "Through football, and the course of life, I've learned to try to stay poised in certain situations. I'm pretty sure she was kind of scared. The last thing I wanted to do was have her panic."
Kevin Hart was on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" last night and during the Plead The Fifth segment, Kevin was asked for his thoughts on Bill Cosby and then he admited he's spent $15,000 in a single night at a strip club, but he used his pleade the fifth when Andy Cohen asked him about Justin Bieber's package.
TLC is going into the studio to record one final album, and they wanted to "involve the fans" so they're asking us to pay for it. They've even set up a Kickstarter page to make it easy for us! Pledges start at just $5 but larger contributions will get fans things like: A custom TLC voicemail, signed vinyl, an exercise class with Chilli, a slumber party with T-Boz or Chilli, and even clothing from their old videos. Last we checked, their Kickstarter had more than 430 backers, who had pledged over $50,000. The group's goal is $150,000, and they have a month to get there. They want the album out in May. This morning on "Good Morning America" it was announced that TLC, Nelly and New Kids on the Block are going on tour together. They're calling it The Main Event Tour and it will hit Norfolk on June 9th. I'll see you there!!
Nominations for this year's Academy Awards were announced yesterday. "Birdman" and "The Grand Budapest Hotel" tied for the most with nine apiece. "The Imitation Game" followed with eight. The biggest Oscar "snubs" are "The Lego Movie", and basically ANY MINORITY IN ANY ACTING CATEGORY. Everyone in the four main acting categories is white. In particular, people were upset that "Selma" only got two nominations (Best Original Song and Best Picture). Additionally, there was not one female director was honored. But the most hilarious nominee was cinematographer Dick Pope, whose name was mispronounced by the President of the Academy. She announced him as "Dick Poop." The Oscars air Sunday, February 22nd on ABC. Neil Patrick Harris is hosting.
Chris Brown's probation was revoked yesterday because he traveled to San Jose for a show without permission. It didn't even have anything to do with the fact that five people were shot and wounded during the San Jose show on Sunday. It's because he left LA County when he didn't get approval from the judge. Here's what you're probably going to love about this: Chris had been on probation since 2009 for assaulting Rihanna and was only EIGHT DAYS AWAY from completing it.
Fall Out Boy is planning a summer tour with Wiz Khalifa! Wiz is teaming up with the band to hit more than 40 cities on the "Boys of Zummer" tour this summer. Nikki Reed from "Twilight" and "Vampire Diaries" stud Ian Somerhalder got engaged after only six months of dating. If you remember, Nikki was married once before, and she works pretty fast. Back in 2011, she met "American Idol" contestant Paul McDonald in March. They were engaged in June, and married in October. Yes, of that same year. They split last March and were officially divorced earlier this month. This will be Ian's first marriage.
Bethenny Frankel's line of cocktails and other products is called Skinnygirl, so this makes total sense: "Us Weekly" claims she's developing a Skinnygirl line of legal weed that WON'T MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT. A source says, "It will be a specially engineered strain of pot designed to not give you the munchies. She read about how profitable the cannabis industry is and wants to get in on that." Obviously, she can only market it in states where recreational pot is legal. Right now, that's Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.

Brandi also claimed Mohamed told her that Joanna has a ahem "stinky lady." The lawsuit states that this has subjected Mrs. Krupa and/or her husband to hatred, ridicule, contempt and / or injury to their reputation."

"Match Made in Heaven" debuts on WE on February 4th, featuring a guy named Shawn Bulliard trying to find the one from a pool of 24 women. He's helped in his quest by Pastor Ken Johnson. There's a lot of crazy in the house, but none of that compares to Shawn's mother who says, "I will f*** up a b**** for messing with my son's heart."
