According to 24/7 Wall St. Dish Network is the worst company to work for in America! They came to this conclusion by examining reviews posted at the job website Glassdoor.com. Out of the 355 reviewers, 228 of them said that they were either "dissatisfied" or "very dissatisfied" with the satellite-TV provider. Chief Executive, Joe Clayton, called the label "ridiculous" but also mentioned that for the first time ever Dish Network will be conducting an internal employee survey. He plans to ask each of the 30,000 employees, "How is our team working?". Clayton states that he wants a benchmark that he can use to track the company's progress, and plans to execute the survey starting with himself all the way down to "the person who cuts the grass." He plans to sit down with his management teams to see where improvements can be made. I say don't fall for it Dish Employees.. Sounds like a set-up to me! Rounding up the Top 5 Worst Companies to Work for in America are Dillard's, RadioShack, Hertz, and OfficeMax. After reading the top 11 companies i was ecstatic to see that NOT ONE fast food restaurant company was listed. No one wants a Double Cheeseburger made by a disgruntled employee!
