An alleged sex tape featuring Kanye West and an unidentified Kim Kardashian look-alike is being shopped around. The woman is 18 and married, and the tape was made shortly before Kanye started dating the real Kim. Kanye's lawyers say it was stolen from his computer, and they're threatening legal action against anyone who tries to buy or sell it. It's definitely Kanye in the tape, because he sets up the camera at the beginning, and looks right into it at the end. She also tells Kanye, "My husband and I don't have sex anymore, that's why I'm here!" The two of them have sex in various positions, but don't kiss or interact verbally. Kanye does wear a condom. The tape lasts about 20 minutes.

Kris Jenner supposedly called her local Apple store and asked them to reserve five new iPhone 5's for her. They told her no, but when the iPhone was officially released Friday, she sent her assistant to pick them up - only to discover that the phones hadn't been reserved.  A security guard told the assistant to get in line with everybody else.

Green Day's lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong is headed to treatment for substance abuse. Sunday's announcement by the band's rep comes after he had a meltdown onstage at a music festival in Las Vegas. In a clip that has gone viral, Armstrong profanely complained that the band's time was being cut short, dissed Justin Bieber, dropped the F-bomb a million times, then smashed his guitar. Please be VERY CAREFUL if you watch this at WORK or in front of KIDS!! He drops that F-bomb countless times!!
