Ingrid Gutierrez is a model who was hanging out with Chris Brown at the W.i.P. nightclub in New York City early Thursday morning, when that brawl erupted between Chris' crew and Drake's people. Ingrid was hit in the head with a bottle, and she's definitely looking to take some legal action. And it sounds like her target will be Drake, because she says he started it. She says, "They got up in Chris' face and were giving him the middle finger. Chris told Drake to f*** off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us." And she claims that Chris didn't act violently towards anyone. Instead, he tried to hustle his people out of the club. Chris' attorney Mark Geragos adds, "I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware." There are still conflicting stories as to how everything started. Gutierrez's attorney claims it's true that Chris sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table, and Drake returned it along with a note saying that he was nailing Rihanna. The attorney said, "From what I've heard from my client there was a note. A note passed by Drake to Chris Brown in regards to something with Rihanna." But Chris's management disagrees. They Tweeted, "There was no bottle sent to Drake and there was no note! Stop the lies!!!! There were no punches thrown, just glass." The only punishment handed out so far in this case has been to the club itself. Police shut down the W.i.P. Saturday for supposed code violations. They were for previous incidents.
Justin Bieber talked about his first kiss with Selena Gomez during an interview with some French magazine. It sounds like he dug it, but I'm not sure I'd love the way he described it if I were her. He said, "My first kiss with Selena was the best of my life. It was in the car. It was scary and spontaneous and it was just awesome." But he kept the romance alive on Saturday. Justin rented a Helicopter to fly them around and see the sights.
On Friday morning, paramedics rushed to Lindsay Lohan's hotel room because someone called 911 after knocking on her door and not getting an answer. But this might be one of those rare cases with Lindsay where it's not as bad as it seems. Her rep says she was just exhausted. She had been on set from 7pm at night till 8am the next morning and was simply trying to take a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution. Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration." She tried to make light of the situation on Twitter. "Note to self: After working 85 hours in 4 days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics might show up at your door. Hopefully they're cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down."
