On Tuesday, Beyoncé was performing "Irreplaceable" in Australia, when she noticed that a fan was holding up his phone. He wasn't filming her, he was FaceTiming with someone, and holding the phone so they could see the show. Beyoncé briefly interrupted the song, grabbed the phone, looked at the person on the other end, and said, "This is a first. Hi! He's doing FaceTime right now. Nice to meet you!" She gave the phone back, and continued the song.
Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have reportedly broken up after about two years together. A source says, "Eva said the relationship had just run its course. There wasn't a lot to say. He was everything you're supposed to want in a guy, great on paper, but she felt like something was missing."
Lorde recently took a shot at Selena Gomez, by saying Selena's song "Come and Get It" portrays women in the wrong way. Selena says Lorde isn't "supporting other women" and says she may stop covering Lorde's song "Royals" at her concerts. Lorde is sticking by her comment and said, "I think there's a funny culture in music that's only happened over the last 15 years, and that is: Haters. SIDE NOTE: It's sort of funny to hear Lorde talking about a change in music culture over the past 15 years, when she just turned 17-- yesterday. Anyhoo, she said, "If you have an opinion about something in music which isn't 100% good, you're a hater, even if you have perfectly reasonable grounds for that critique. I don't think I say anything that isn't backed up."
