Justin Bieber announced yesterday during an interview that he would be retiring after the release of his next album, which comes out December 23rd. He said, "I'm retiring. I'm going to take some time. I think I'm probably going to quit music." Justin delivered the announcement with a straight face and hid his poker face under a dark pair of sunglasses. People in Bieber's camp later said he was joking, but Justin has yet to respond.

Last night on "The Voice" they eliminated Will Champlin, bringing it down to Jacquie Lee and Tessanne Chin. Season 5 winner is...Tessanne! That gives Adam Levine his second win as a coach. Blake Shelton won the other three seasons. They will both be back next season along with the return of Usher and Shakira.

iTunes has released their list of the Best Selling Albums of the Year, and Justin Timberlake's "The 20/20 Experience" was #1 followed by Beyonce's new self-titled album. They also released their list of the Best Selling Singles of the Year, and "Thrift Shop" by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis was #1. Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" was second.

One Direction's new song "Midnight Memories" sounds a little bit like the Def Leppard classic "Pour Some Sugar On Me". But does it sound so much like it that Def Leppard could actually sue? The British tabloids say Def Leppard is considering a lawsuit. The band has yet to comment.Check out the chorus of each song! At :37 for One Direction and 1:27 for Def Leppard.

Katy Perry was performing at some video awards show in France and she was caught lip-syncing. She was singing "Roar", and the music was off and it was painfully obvious that her lips didn't match the sound. It was so bad the host walked onstage and waved his arms for her to stop.  He politely asked her if she would mind restarting. So she did.

Chris Brown had his probation revoked yesterday, but he won't be going to jail. Instead, the judge is allowing him to stay in anger management rehab, where he's apparently been making progress. Chris will continue to take the prescription meds his doctors have prescribed for him, and he's still not allowed to use medical marijuana.

In the wake of the nude photos leaking online over the weekend, former "Suite Life of Zack & Cody" star Dylan Sprouse has tried to explain why he took them in the first place. "To be blunt, I was proud of my progress in the gym, thought I looked hot, and wanted to share it. The real problem here was not me sending my pictures to someone, but rather, sending them to the WRONG someone." Everybody reacted to it with their own jokes, but his twin brother said, "Cold in that bathroom, huh? Guess now everyone has seen me naked which is weird." Check that out HERE!

Beyoncé's new album is available exclusively on iTunes for the next few days but physical CD copies are expected to hit stores on Friday. Well, most stores. Target is refusing to carry the album, just because iTunes got first dibs. Don't forget though, Beyoncé has previously given Target exclusive, special versions of her albums, and they weren't complaining then. Maybe they just got spoiled.

"Iron Man 3" is the top-grossing movie of 2013 so far, but that doesn't make Robert Downey Jr. the top-grossing actor of the year. That honor goes to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson" whose movies "Fast & Furious 6", "G.I. Joe:  Retaliation" and "Pain & Gain" have earned a combined $1.3 billion. Downey came in second with $1.2 billion, but that's only for ONE movie. Yes, "Iron Man 3" has earned that much worldwide. Here is the Top Ten:
1.  The Rock,  $1.3 billion
2.  Robert Downey Jr.,  $1.2 billion
3.  Steve Carell,  $964 million for "Despicable Me 2", "The Way Way Back" and "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone"
4.  Vin Diesel,  $887 million for "Fast & Furious 6" and "Riddick"
5.  Sandra Bullock,  $862 million for "Gravity" and "The Heat"
6.  Paul Walker,  $789 million for "Fast & Furious 6"
7.  Billy Crystal and John Goodman,  $743 million for "Monsters University"
9.  Chris Hemsworth,  $701 million for "Thor:  The Dark World" and "Rush"
10.  Jennifer Lawrence,  $700 million for "The Hunger Games:  Catching Fire"

Another Disney star is caught up in a nude photo scandal. And this time it's a guy: Dylan Sprouse who starred on those "Suite Life" shows with his twin brother Cole - they also teamed up to play Adam Sandler's son in "Big Daddy". They're 21 now. Dylan is owning it though. He Tweeted, "Whoops. Guess I'm not 14 and fat anymore. I messed up, but I'd be a fool not to own up to it. Got to move past it I suppose."

"Family Guy" brought back Brian the Dog last night, after killing him off last month. Brian was killed off when he got hit by a car. But last night, Stewie went back in time and saved him. Brian's response was, "Thank you for saving my life. A lot of other families would have just gotten another dog and moved on." Creator Seth McFarlane Tweeted, "I mean, you didn't really think we'd kill off Brian, did you? Jesus, we'd have to be f***ing high. Oh and hey thanks for caring so much about the canine Griffin. He is overcome with gratitude."

Ambulances raced to Justin Bieber's home over the weekend after they received a 911 call saying a woman passed out inside. Someone reported that there was a 20-year old unconscious female at the house but 15 minutes later the ambulances were called off. The woman regained consciousness and was driven to a hospital by some of the Bieb's security team. We know alcohol was involved. We don't know what, if anything else, was involved and Justin was there at the time.

Beyonce's surprise album is selling like crazy! The self-titled album sold over 430,000 copies in just one day, including 80,000 downloads within the first three hours. The album generated more than 1.2 million Tweets in just 12 hours, including a "Tweets per minute" spike of 5,300, which more more than "Sharknado" notched during its peak back in July. There are plenty of Easter Eggs in the album that you can read about HERE!!

On "Ellen" yesterday, Lea Michele said she's still dealing with the death of Cory Monteith, "Grief goes with you every day, whatever you're doing, when there's great moments, when there's hard moments. I think at a certain point you can choose to sort of fall from this, or you can choose to rise. And that's what I'm just trying to do."

In case you were waiting for it, Khloe Kardashian is planning to file for divorce from Lamar Odom today. More details HERE!

Without anyone even knowing it was coming, Beyoncé released an entire new album on iTunes this morning. It's called "Beyoncé" and guests include Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, Drake, Frank Ocean, Pharrell Williams, Timbaland and Beyoncé's Destiny's Child bandmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. It's got 14 tracks, plus each song as an extra video track. Listen to the whole thing RIGHT HERE!

Jamie Dornan will go full-frontal for his starring role in "Fifty Shades of Grey." Christian Grey spends a lot of time naked, so it's no surprise that Jamie will strip down, and co-star Dakota Johnson is set to show off her body as well. Producer Dana Brunetti says that the studio will release two versions of the film to satiate a wider range of fans. "We could release the R-rated version, which everyone will enjoy, and then for those fans who want to get a little gritty we could release an NC-17 version a few weeks later," she explained. It's scheduled to hit theaters on Valentine's Day 2015!

Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel are getting divorced after 10 years of marriage. They have a 4-year-old son named Walker. Their reps said, "They have jointly decided to separate at this time. Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time."

According to a Yahoo poll, Jennifer Lawrence is the female celebrity most guys would want to take home to their mothers. For some reason the list only goes up to nine, and it includes a few questionables. The Molly-popping twerking machine Miley Cyrus is on the list and so is home-wrecker Kristen Stewart. Not to mention recovering drug addict Demi Lovato and amateur nude model Vanessa Hudgens. But at least Jennifer Lawrence seem to make sense. Here's the list:
1.  Jennifer Lawrence
2.  Selena Gomez
3.  Taylor Swift
4.  Demi Lovato
5.  Nina Dobrev
6.  Miley Cyrus
7.  Shailene Woodley
8.  Kristen Stewart
9.  Vanessa Hudgens

During his show Tuesday night, Kanye West complained about only getting two Grammy nominations. He said, "So when the Grammy nominations come out and 'Yeezus' is the top one or two album on every single list, but only gets two nominations from the Grammys. What are they trying to say? Did they think that I wouldn't notice?" You can watch all 20 minutes of this but he starts to complain about the Grammys at 8:00 in but it has BAD LANGUAGE all over it!! WARNING!!

When Demi Lovato was hooked on cocaine, she was seriously hooked. During a recent interview with Access Hollywood she said, "I couldn't go 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine and I would bring it on airplanes. I would smuggle it basically and just wait until everyone in first class would go to sleep and I would do it right there. I'd sneak to the bathroom and I'd do it. And that was even with a sober companion, somebody who was watching me 24/7 and living with me. I was able to hide it from them as well."

R. Kelly put out his new album "Black Panties" yesterday and to drum up some publicity, he decided to go on Twitter and answer questions from "fans." But that was a mistake, because basically everyone started crackin' on him. Here are some of the highlights:
"Need to get my niece an Xmas present. What are elementary-age girls into this year??"
"Were you 'Trapped in the Closet' because her parents came into the room?"
"R. Kelly, for $1,000,000: Which of these things CAN'T you pee on?  1.)  Toilet.  2.)  Urinal.  3.)  14-year-old girls."
"On a scale of Blue Ivy to Willow Smith what's the oldest female you would date?"
R. Kelly was only able to answer 16 "real" questions before he decided to shut it down. But that prompted this awesome Tweet: "So, R. Kelly only answered 16 questions...the perv really can't do ANYTHING over 18."

We have a Hot Couple Alert from "Dancing With the Stars" this past season. A witness says that former partners Peta Murgatroyd and Brant Daugherty were making out at an event in Hollywood on Sunday. They sat together at a table in the back of the ballroom and were inseparable all night, showing PDA throughout the event. While the lights were dimmed for Glee's Amber Riley performance, Peta was rubbing Brant's back and they shared kiss. The insider tells Us they later kissed again several times during the charity's raffle. The next day, Daugherty posted a photo on Instagram of the two posing together at the event. See the PICTURE HERE! "Had so much fun at Trevor Live last night with this lovely lady by my side," he captioned the shot. In the sweet snapshot, they share a hug while smiling for the camera.

Last night, five semi-finalists rocked the stage on "The Voice" in hopes of making it into next week's season five finale, but America voted out two contestants! We said goodbye to James Wolpert (Team Adam) and Cole Vosbury (Team Blake) Which means fans will get to see Tessanne Chin (Team Adam), Will Champlin (Team Adam) and Jacquie Lee (Team Christina) singing head-to-head in next week's finale. The finals begin Monday at 8pm on NBC.

Tuesday December 10

Surprise, surprise, Kanye West does not like to be interrupted at his concerts. During his show on San Antonio on Sunday night, Kanye had a woman removed because she kept yelling at him to take off his mask. And as she was being bounced, he cussed her out, saying, "Do I look like a mother-f***ing comedian? Don't f***ing heckle me! I'm Kanye mother-f***ing West!!" Check out that hilarious VIDEO HERE! But Kanye really touched a nerve when he compared performing on tour to being a cop or a soldier over the weekend. Especially when he's on the fake mountain that takes up a big part of his stage. He said, "That mountain goes really, really high. And if I slipped, you never know, I think about my family and I'm like, 'Wow, this is like being a police officer or something, in war or something.'" That starts at 3:15 below.

Pusha T has donated 1,000 shoes to the organization "A Thousand Shoes For A Thousand Smiles." The organization provides new shoes for school-age children in Hampton Roads. Distribution will take place from 4-7pm Monday at Norview Recreation Center.

MTV has announced that their Artist of the Year for 2013 is Miley Cyrus. They explained that Miley's duet with Robin Thicke at the "VMAs" was the year's most watched video on their websites and that the MTV web page devoted to Miley had more hits than any other artist's. Just so you know, that's not really an award. They just wanted to call her their artist of the year, so congratulations. She's also a top-10 candidate for Time's Person of the Year, to be announced tomorrow.

In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, you knew they couldn't stay apart forever. We've heard that Rihanna actually visited Chris Brown at his anger management clinic - outside Los Angeles yesterday. Will she ever grow a backbone and figure it out?

Monday December 9
It looks like it's on between Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton after Lindsay allegedly ordered a guy to beat up Paris' younger brother Barron. Lindsay heard Barron was talking trash about her so she had her thug beat the crap out of Barron. Police were called but Lindsay left before they showed up. Barron posted a picture of his facial injuries online, and Paris commented, "They both will pay for what they did. No one f***s with my family and gets away with it!!" There's been bad blood between Paris and Lindsay ever since 2006, when Paris' friend Brandon Davis went on a vile, hateful rant against Lindsay in a paparazzi video, calling her "firecrotch" among other things.

Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus were among those that performed at a holiday concert in L.A. on Friday night. There were a lot of kids there, which is a shame because Miley gave a risqué performance that included twerking on Santa and good old Selena dropped an F-bomb!

ABC has cut the number of episodes for the current season of "Scandal" by four, but the network isn't saying why. I can only assume that it's because Kerry Washington is pregnant. She and her new husband, football player Nnamdi Asomugha are expecting a baby. After next Thursday's episode airs, "Scandal" will take a break and then return in late February with the final episodes of season three.

The nominees for the "56th Grammy Awards" were announced Friday and Jay Z leads with nine nominations, including one for Best Rap Album. Kendrick Lamar and Macklemore were nominated in the Album of the Year category, along with Sara Bareilles, Daft Punk and Taylor Swift. Friday December 6
Two guys got busted for allegedly stealing parts of the Porsche Paul Walker died in Saturday afternoon. They took the T-top from the roof of the Porsche when the tow truck stopped at a red light, however the truck driver saw them drive off, and helped detectives identify them. An 18-year-old was arrested yesterday and the other guy has been contacted and will surrender soon. Get this, the 18 year old actually bragged about it on Instagram and posted the picture with "Piece of Paul walkers car, took it off a tow truck at a stop light." Meanwhile, ever since announcing that it would donate a portion of the proceeds from the DVD and Blu ray release of "Fast & Furious 6" to Paul Walker's charity, Universal has been running a commercial advertising that fact. The question is, are they doing it to help Paul's charity, or to line their own pockets? Here is the commercial - what do you think?

Is Britney Spears being banned from the internet? In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, her dad and her manager won't let her go online because they want to keep her in a bubble where she's protected from the haters. Specifically, they're trying to keep her from reading the bad reviews that her new album, "Britney Jean", has been getting. Instead, they told her that all the critics love it. Her handlers are worried that the criticism could send Britney into another bad tailspin and that would be a disaster since her big Vegas show is set to launch in a few weeks, on December 27th.

Remember that Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger movie where they played unlikely brothers? Welcome to the 2014 version. Kevin Hart will star in a new movie when he plays the a man who lives in the shadow of his NBA superstar brother. That NBA brother will be played by LeBron James! I guess Kevin gets a chance to prove himself when he and some pals attend a weekend fantasy basketball camp in Miami. Whether James is still playing himself in the film, or simply a character who also happens to be an NBA superstar, is unclear. Look for it next year.

Adam Levine was on "Ellen" yesterday and talked about how he more or less broke a trust with his fiance Behati Prinsloo and admitted that he hit a new low when he got hooked on Candy Crush. He says that he unlocked his fiancee's iPhone with her fingerprint while she was sleeping so that he could play Candy Crush since his phone was broken.
