Lea Michele has spoken out for the first time about the death of her boyfriend and "Glee" co-star Cory Monteith. She Tweeted a picture of the two of them together, along with this message, "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart."

Teresa and Joe Guidice from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" have been indicted on 39 charges including tax evasion and bank fraud. Among many other things, the Feds say Teresa and Joe conspired to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overstating their incomes. They could be looking at more than 50 years in prison. They're due in court this morning.

While press releases and album trailers are effective, Katy Perry went a different route (literally) to announce her upcoming fourth studio album. She plastered “Katy Perry – Prism – 10-22-13" on a gold semi-truck that drove through Los Angeles all throughout Monday afternoon.

During a concert in Detroit Sunday night, Justin Bieber tried to bust out a little bit of Eminem's "Lose Yourself". I don't think I should have to tell you just how wrong it sounded. Apparently, the city hadn't been suffering enough. Speaking of Justin, officials at the Canadian border found pot and drug paraphernalia on one of his tour buses.  Justin wasn't on the bus, but the driver got a ticket, then everyone was allowed to continue on their way.

Last night on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", Kim explained why she didn't give her baby a "K" name, "If we name our kid with a K name, which is kind of what we want, mainly just because Kanye and I are K's, then they'll call us the KKK."

The petition Amanda Bynes' parents filed for a conservatorship was released Friday. They say Amanda is paranoid, obsessed with body image and she's burned through $1.2 million in a really short period of time. They said, "We believe that a substantial amount of this money is being used to pay for marijuana and other illegal substances, and possibly for plastic surgery."

There's a "Hunger Games" parody in the works called "The Starving Games". It's by the same guys who do all those awful spoofs like "Date Movie", "Disaster Movie", "Epic Movie", "Meet the Spartans" and "Vampires Suck".  It's coming out November 8th, so that's two weeks before "The Hunger Games:  Catching Fire", which drops on November 22nd.

Justin Bieber was caught on camera spitting over a hotel balcony in Toronto on Thursday as a crowd of Beliebers were gathered below to catch a glimpse of their hero. See the PICTURES HERE! I don't know if he was necessarily aiming at anyone, but the incident comes less than two weeks after an Ohio DJ publicly charged Bieber with spitting on him at a night club. And in March, Bieber's neighbor claimed the Biebs spit on him during an argument about his reckless driving. Stop spitting Justin Drew Bieber. Stop it.

DJ Khaled is all about unity right? Even though his next album, "Suffering From Success" on September 24, he will probably be talking all about collaborating with all kinds of other Z104 artists, but lately Khaled is looking for another type of union. On Thursday, he proposed to Nicki Minaj. He did it in front of the MTV News cameras. "Nicki Minaj, I'm at MTV, I'm going going to be honest with you; I love you," Khaled said to the camera, speaking directly to Nicki. "I like you, I want you, I want you to be mine."

In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, sources say "American Idol" is working on bringing Jennifer Lopez back as a judge and supposedly, they're also interested in Jennifer Hudson and, sadly, Will.I.Am. It also sounds like Keith Urban will be back next season.

Rachel Bilson went on Chelsea Lately to promote her new movie "The To-Do List" and tells Chelsea Handler that the worst part about those Bling Ring robberies is that one of the girls pooped in her house.

Celebrity chef Mario Batali did not appreciate that video of Justin Bieber peeing into a mop bucket in a restaurant kitchen. Last night on "Piers Morgan Live" he said, "I would have brutally kicked his ass. I mean, that's not just being funny and flip that's actually peeing on somebody's workplace." But he added, "I don't think he's an evil kid."

His Royal Highness finally has a name! Welcome to the world, Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge. The name is particularly significant because the little one will one day become King George VII, assuming both his daddy Prince William and grandpa Prince Charles both take the throne. Prince George is believed to be named for his great-great-grandfather George VI, father of Queen Elizabeth II. Now can we let mama Kate Middleton chill out with her son for a couple of minutes?

I need some spies in charlottesville! In the Big Fat Rumor of the Day, we heard about a possible "VIP wedding" going down in Charlottesville, Virginia. The wedding? Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux. Worst case scenario, we just got a bad tip. A source called the allegedy winery where it took place and said, "I heard you hosted a VIP wedding recently. Is this correct? You don’t have to say who it is." She hesitated for a moment and said "yeah, I’m not in a position to comment on that at the moment." So at some point, they flew to Charlottesville to have a quickie wedding. But when?

Jason Sudeikis has finally announced that he will not be coming back to "Saturday Night Live". On last night's "Letterman", he said, "I'm definitely done. I'm gonna be leaving. I'm not coming back in the fall." There's been speculation that Jason would be leaving for well over a year now. He's not the only one, Fred Armisen and Bill Hader are also leaving the show. Seth Meyers is gone and will be replacing Jimmy Fallon on "Late Night" while Jimmy will be taking over the throne of "The Tonight Show" for Jay Leno.

There's a rumor going around that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are expecting a baby. While they are hoping to start a family and have many many of the most beautiful children. Sadly, they are not doing so right now. According to their reps, Blake is not pregnant.

Amanda Bynes was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold Monday night, after starting a fire in a woman's driveway in California. Police showed up and determined that Amanda needed to be locked up, at least temporarily. Meanwhile, sources say her parents are thinking about seeking a conservatorship.

During a show in Montreal, Beyonce sat down to perform her song "Halo". While she was singing, her hair got caught in a giant fan that was behind her. A crew member eventually had to cut her hair with scissors to free her, but damn if that girl didn't keep on singing right thru it. She also posted a note on Instagram with reworked "Halo" lyrics that took the incident into account saying, "Gravity can't begiiiiiin to pull me out of the fan again/ I felt my hair was YANKIIIIIIIN / From the fan that's always hatiiiiiiin."

If you're watching "The Bachelorette" this season, you already know who the next Bachelor is going to be. SPOILER ALERT! Although nothing is final yet, Juan Pablo  is the front-runner since the ladies seem to love him. Not everyone at ABC has signed off yet and there are two other guys who are still in consideration, should Juan Pablo fall through: that would be whoever does not end up with Desiree: Chris, Brooks or Drew. Unfortunately, there aren't any new candidates in the running who were not a part of The Bachelorette this season.

On Sunday, J Cole posted a huge apology, explaining that while he didn't always think rappers should apologize for lyrics others found offensive, this was a special case. And now Drake has joined J. Cole in apologizing for a lyric referring to autism that Cole contributed to Drake's song "Jodeci Freestyle" and Drake has promised to remove the lyric from the track. Drake posted on his site, "I share responsibility and offer my sincerest apologies for the pain this has caused. Individuals with autism have brilliant and creative minds, and their gifts should not be discounted."

Jimmy Fallon's wife Nancy Juvonen gave birth to a baby girl early yesterday morning. There's no word on a name. Their rep says they're, "overjoyed about the arrival of their beautiful daughter."

Kate Middleton gave birth to the royal baby yesterday. It's a boy. He will be known as the Prince of Cambridge. There's no word on his name yet. He was 8 pounds, 6 ounces and he's now third in line for the British throne bumping Prince Harry to fourth. Sources say his name will be announced later today, however keep in mind Princess Diana and Prince Charles waited seven days before announcing Prince William to the world.

Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum also gave birth to a daughter yesterday with her husband Chris Tyrrell. Her name is Eisele Kaye. Eisele was her mother-in-law's maiden name, and Kaye is her mom's middle name.

Also, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem welcomed their second child on Monday in Madrid. Details on their new little girl - who joins two year-old big brother Leo - have not been released yet.

Get ready for this, 2 Chainz's next album will come with a cookbook. 2 Chainz battles acid reflux and ulcers and it's really affected his diet. "I'm a seafood lover, I don't eat beef or pork, period so turkey, chicken, that's a lot of the recipes I use and eat every day." Adding that he may also offer custom aprons for sale, 2 Chainz believes this campaign and marketing will enhance his fan-base. "That'll probably get me on "The View" or something like that. Just another angle, another outlet for me to express myself." He says, "I'm gonna have probably about 14 to 15 meals, based on how many songs the album  has, that's gonna tell you what was used to make these as far as ingredients, and cooking time and all of that stuff, and probably the pros and the cons of eating it." "B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time" is planned to release on September 10th.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner might be looking to go out on a high note when it comes to their reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." Both Kim and Kris want to make sure they leave fans wanting more, rather than try and stretch the show on for another few seasons and watch it die a slow death. Kim wants to be with her daughter North and Kanye West, while Kris wants to focus on being a talk show host and maybe start producing movies. "She’s telling everyone that one day she will have an Oscar," the source said.

Since Chris Brown's album has been pushed back again, he released another single we played yesterday, so in case you missed it, here is "Love More" featuring Nicki Minaj. As of now, "X" comes out on August 26th.

Kate Middleton is in London's St. Mary's Hospital for the birth of the royal baby. She's in the "early stages of labor" in the same hospital where William and Harry were born. The couple do not know the sex of their first child, who will be third in line to the throne and titled the Prince or Princess of Cambridge. The birth announcement will be displayed on an wooden easel outside the steps of Buckingham Palace as per tradition.

Kanye West lost it again on Friday returning to LAX but this time it got super physical. Kanye lunged at a guy and tried to take his camera. The man fell and was treated by paramedics. Kanye jumped into a waiting car and took off. He could be facing a felony charge of attempted robbery. This paparazzi is the same dude that got famously attacked with an umbrella by Britney Spears. His name is Dano, so you tell me if he's really deserving of pressing charges or if he's just a little too aggressive himself?

"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy says the show will return for three episodes on September 26th, a week late. The third episode will be a tribute to Cory Monteith, then the show will go on "extended hiatus." (The first two episodes are a long-planned Beatles tribute.) Ryan sat down with Lea Michelle and asked her what she wanted to do. He said he would understand if she didn't want to come back and she said leaving was not an option. He added that Lea has been pretty much calling all the shots as far as what's going to happen to the show.

For the second time, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus have called off their divorce. A friend of the family says, "They went into the therapy with the goal of divorcing in a way that was healthy for the children, but ended up coming out of it with the realization that they in fact want to stay together."

Congratulations are in order for "Modern Family" star Jesse Tyler Ferguson who got married in New York City on Saturday. His new husband is a lawyer named Justin Mikita. Jesse's co-workers Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen and Eric Stonestreet were there, along with Zachary Quinto and Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn.

Friday July 19

I know this was four years ago, but none of us will ever forget the moment that Kanye West jumped on stage and interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards when she accepted the award for Best Female Video. Well one website got ahold of this audio that is supposedly Kanye continuing his rant backstage. Listen to it all right HERE.

"In Touch Weekly" says that "Glee" is going on hiatus to deal with Cory Monteith's death. A source says that his character Finn Hudson had a central storyline at the beginning of the upcoming fifth season so they have to do a lot of re-writing. That could push the premiere of the new season from September to November. The feeling is that Finn will be killed off.

If you just want to laugh this morning at the sheer stupidity of some celebrities. We have former "Teen Mom" and star of "Backdoor Teen Mom" to thank. Apparently, Farrah Abraham has no idea who Trayvon Martin was.

Eminem could have had the lead in the upcoming sci-fi movie "Elysium", but he passed because it couldn't be filmed in Detroit. The director Neill Blomkamp says Eminem wanted to do the movie, but only if it was filmed in his hometown. Since that wasn't possible, Blomkamp went to his next choice, Matt Damon, who took the part. "Elysium" opens August 9th.

Emma Roberts was arrested earlier this month for beating up her boyfriend Evan Peters, but she was released because he didn't want charges pressed. Evan reportedly had been bitten, and also had a bloody nose but sources say both of them were getting physical with each other.

So far, the American Idol Tour doesn't seem to be doing what producers had hoped. The tour starts this weekend, but a quarter of the dates have been cancelled due to poor ticket sales. Wednesday July 17

Cory Monteith died from a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol. The coroner's report didn't indicate the levels in his system, but said it was enough to kill him. Producers of "Glee" are searching for two new cast memebers following his sudden death and are trying to create a storyline to explain Finn's sudden absence. The show is to return September 19, but may be delayed.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are having a boy. Josh revealed it during a taping of "Live! With Kelly and Michael." Kelly held up two onesies, one pink and one blue and told him to pick. He grabbed the blue one. The episode airs today.

Adam Levine is engaged to Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo. He's 34, she's 24. Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles. And speaking of weddings, in the Big Fat Rumor of the DayBrad Pitt and Angelina Jolie might be getting married aboard a cruise ship chartered by the Queen. Apparently, they have made an offer to use the private, luxury vessel.

Beyonce scolded a fan at a recent show in Atlanta, because he was too busy filming her to participate in the show.  At the time, she was giving fans the mic, so they could sing the chorus of "Irreplaceable" with her. Click to :58 to see it.
