Lindsay Lohan was arrested early yesterday morning at a nightclub for allegedly punching another woman in the face. Lindsay had attended the Justin Bieber concert at Madison Square Garden. The Wanted was his opening act. Lindsay totally wanted to get it on with one member of the group, Max George. He’s the one with the buzz cut. Totally hot. But he did show up at the nightclub to party with Lindsay. But she was getting so drunk and annoying that he allegedly turned his attention to this woman named Tiffany. However, Tiffany is married and her husband was in the club with her, so she wasn’t interested anyway. Tiffany claims this started over an offer for a free psychic reading because she says she had a premonition about Lindsay, so she offered to give her a free reading. But some claim that’s why Lindsay slugged her was because Lindsay wanted Max for herself!! Max, meanwhile, ended up leaving with a third chick.
Joe Budden performed in Oakland on Wednesday night. But before he took the stage, he had a woman kicked out for complaining about being at the show on Twitter. She Tweeted that the venue was "dead" just before the show and talked about how disinterested she was in seeing Joe perform. At one point, she even Tweeted a picture of some NoDoz caffeine tablets, with the caption, "For the Budden concert tonight." Well, Joe was apparently checking his Tweets before going on because he had security find this woman, and boot her from the venue before he would take the stage. The woman Tweeted, "So we are upstairs at V.I.P. and security asks me if I'm Paige. I said, 'yes.' And they say 'Joe Budden wants you out.' I feel flattered though, they said they showed my twitter picture and found me in the club." Meanwhile, Joe Tweeted, "I wish I could rewind life so I could kick that hoe out again. LOL!"
One of the many things Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are supposedly fighting over is the $2 million engagement ring. He thinks she should give it back because the wedding was a sham. She feels like she has a legal right to keep it. The question is, why would she want to?
Lindsay Lohan was arrested at 4am Thursday in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a New York City nightclub. Lohan was at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of argument with a female customer and it got physical. Cops came and arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting her. Before words were exchanged, Lindsay and the woman were sitting in separate booths near each other, but that’s when Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl. By the time cops arrived Lindsay had left the club and was a passenger in a car that was leaving the area. Cops intercepted the car and made the arrest. She was released this morning, but was booked on 3rd-degree misdemeanor assault. She will have to face a judge later this month. If Lindsay is formally charged, it could trigger yet another probation violation.
Jessica Simpson is pregnant again in the Big Fat Rumor of the Day! A source says, "It definitely wasn't planned." If this is true, there's no word what it'll do to her Weight Watchers deal. A company spokeswoman would only say, "Any questions related to Jessica's personal life can only be answered by her team." But Jessica's rep says, "I'm not going to comment on this speculation." Jessica's daughter Maxwell was born only seven months ago.
Wiz Khalifa and his entourage were forced to charter a private plane, after the commercial airliner they were traveling on suffered from a landing gear malfunction. Their plane was forced to land in Westchester County, New York Tuesday afternoon as he traveled to West Virginia for a show. Wiz and his 16-person entourage were among the 50 passengers on the plane, but shortly after takeoff, the pilot received warning indications so the plane was forced to circle the airport several times to burn off fuel which “was a little scary because we didn’t quite know what that meant,” said one passenger. Wiz Khalifa and his entourage ended up chartering a private jet in order to make it to the show in West Virginia.
Ashton Kutcher is old news with emphasis on the "old". Because Demi Moore reportedly has a new man and he's almost half her age. His name is Vito Schnabel and he's 26. Demi just turned 50 earlier this month. And Ashton is a shriveled-up 34. Demi and Vito reportedly met at a party in India earlier this month. A source says, "They were dancing and grinding all over each other, openly, in front of other guests." Vito previously dated Elle MacPherson and Liv Tyler.
Kevin Hart will star in the fake reality show "Real Husbands of Hollywood" on BET. It co-stars Nick Cannon, BorisKodjoe, Duane Martin, J.B. Smoove and Robin Thicke. The show will also feature guest appearances by Jay Leno, Nelly, Shaquille O’Neal, Trey Songz, Common and Cedric the Entertainer. The show begins airing on January 15th.

We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us." The next day, Gabriel brought Nahla to Halle's house. He says that usually, a nanny takes the hand-off. But this time, Olivier came storming out of the house to meet him. Gabriel says Olivier started beating on him and cussing him out, blaming him for the custody battle over Nahla that cost them $3 million. And one last note: Child Protective Services will formally investigate the brawl, since 4-year-old Nahla was present. Halle did take her away immediately when the chaos erupted, but still, there are questions about how healthy the overall environment is.

It was a public, graphic, heated fight Chris Brown got into with comedy writer Jenny Johnsonon Sunday. It started when Chris Tweeted, “I look old as f**k! I’m only 23…” to which Jenny replied, “I know! Being a worthless piece of sh** can really age a person.” It got worse from there. Chris Tweeted to Jenny, suggesting that she perform a sex act and calling her a “HOE.” She replied, “It’s ‘HO’ not ‘HOE’ you ignorant f***.” The exchange collapsed into anextremely explicitback-and-forth, during which she sent him a link to an article detailing his 2009 altercation with Rihanna. On Thanksgiving morning, Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, was dropping off their four-year-old daughter at Halle's house when he got into a fight with Halle's fiancé, Olivier Martinez. Apparently Gabriel took a swing at Olivier, but Olivier used to be a boxer and ended up taking Gabriel down. Gabriel went to the hospital with a broken rib, some bruises on his face, and a possible head injury. Olivier also went to the same hospital with a possible broken hand and some neck injuries. Gabriel was arrested for misdemeanor battery. He claims Olivier started the fight and if the cops look at the footage from Halle's security tapes they'll see he was the victim.
Lady Gaga was on tour in Peru for Thanksgiving, and she had a little surprise on Thanksgiving night. She woke up to raid the fridge, completely naked, and that's when she discovered that 35 Peruvian fans had broken into the garage of the place where she was staying. But she joked about it on Twitter, so apparently she didn't mind. Here's a rare case of Charlie Sheen being the enabler, not the enablee. Charlie just gave Lindsay Lohan a check for $100,000 to help pay down her IRS debt. She owes $233,904 in unpaid back taxes, so this knocks out about half. Charlie and Lindsay became friends when they were filming cameos in "Scary Movie 5" a few months ago. It's not clear if this is a loan or a gift.
Last week, right before Thanksgiving, Mayim Bialik announced that she and her husband, Michael Stone, are getting divorced after nine years of marriage. They have two sons and cited irreconcilable differences. They are not blaming the divorce on Mayim's strong belief in attachment parenting, which includes both of their children sleeping in their bed. Mayim plays Amy on "Big Bang Theory" on CBS.
Kevin Clash, the Elmo puppeteer for Seasame Street, resigned yesterday, after a SECOND man accused him of having a sexual relationship with him when he was underage. The new accuser is suing Clash for $5 million. He says the relationship happened when he was 15, and then hooked up again later when he was an adult. The lawsuit accuses Clash of, quote, "trolling gay telephone chat line rooms to meet and have sex with underage boys."
Someone sent a "suspicious package" with a "white powder to X Factor, addressed to Khloe Kardashian. The powder was tested, and it turned out to be harmless. There was also a letter included, but there's no word what it said. It sounds similar to the packages that were sent to Bristol Palin twice during her time on Dancing With The Stars. X Factor tapes at the same studio, so the same person could have sent all of them.
Talk about WEIRD! Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander is dating Kevin Federline's first baby-mama, Shar Jackson. In case you don't remember, Shar is mother to Kevin's two children...earlier that year, Britney spent 55 whole hours married to Alexander, who was a childhood friend. They got married in Vegas, then quickly had the marriage annulled. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made an attempt to work things out last week. Flash forward to Friday night, Justin and Selena hit up a Japanese restaurant in Hollywood. But something must have happened, because Selena stormed out after just 10 minutes before the appetizers had even arrived. She got into her car and took off. Justin was right behind her and went straight to Selena's house. But she wouldn’t let him in. He actually stood at the gate for several minutes shouting for Selena, but she didn't give in. He finally got the hint and took off, but as he was leaving, Selena appeared at the gate to watch him go. However, sometime during the night, he came back. And this time she let him in – he was seen leaving Selena's house Saturday morning. It may have had something to do with the following Tweet, which Justin posted after Selena locked him out, "Things aren't always easy. There is a lot of pressure. I'm figuring it all out. I'm trying. But I care, I notice, I still hear you."
"People" is presenting a pretty good case that Taylor Swift is now dating Harry Styles of One Direction. Last Thursday, Styles visited Taylor on the set of "X Factor" where she was rehearsing for her performance that night. A source told the magazine, "I had to literally do a double-take. He was smiling at her while she rehearsed. When she was done he jumped up on stage, picked her up, put her over his shoulder and carried her off stage. The whole crew was really surprised." And then they quoted "X Factor" host Mario Lopez, who said, "I said to Harry, 'What are you doing here.' And he sort of pointed toward Taylor." Mario went on to say that he saw Taylor and Harry "hand-in-hand."
Oprah’s talk show might not be on air anymore, but we all remember the giveaway episodes during which she’d give every member of the audience all her favorite products at the time. Last night on the "Oprah's Favorite Things" episode, she gave away coats, pajamas, sweaters, jewelry, purses, nail polish, make-up, an elliptical machine, a $5,000 tv, laptop, even gourmet pigs in a blanket. Sources say Robert De Niro yelled Jay-Z at Leonardo DiCaprio’s birthday party last weekend. Apparently, Jay was supposed to write a song for De Niro, but De Niro couldn't get a call back from him to discuss the details. I guess Mr. De Niro wasn’t in any mood to make polite conversation. He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn't matter who you are, that is just rude. Witnesses say Jay tried to joke his way out of the situation, and even Beyonce tried to smooth things over, but De Niro wouldn't stand down.
Remember last year, when it was all the rage for military personnel to make YouTube videos asking celebrities to attend their formals? Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake were the first to be asked, but Kim Kardashian was invited a few months ago, but there was no YouTube video this time. Sgt Martin Gardner and Kim walked into the Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, NC last night. She Tweeted later, “Just left the Marine Corps Balls. Kelly Clarkson loves doing duets. Just loves 'em. In fact, through the years she's asked tons of artists to record duets, but the only people smart enough to say yes were country singers. Kelly explains, "I have, like, 5,000 duets in country music. I don't have one in pop. That's legitimately because everyone turns me down. I'm not even kidding. Many people feel he’s responsible for Ann Curry being fired from the co-host spot. A former NBC suit says, "He's great, but fairly or unfairly, his brand is damaged." If this is true, it sucks for NBC since they just gave him a new multi-year contract in April, worth $25 million a year.
Jon Bon Jovi’s 19-year-old daughter Stephanie was arrested for drug possession after she overdosed on heroin in her dorm at Hamilton College in Upstate New York. Police found heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search of the dorm. Stephanie and a 21-year-old male student were arrested on various misdemeanor possession charges.

A 23-year-old man claims he had a sexual relationship with Kevin Clash seven years ago, when he was only 16. Clash is best known as Elmo from "Sesame Street". He says he did have a relationship with the accuser, but only when he was an adult. Sesame Workshop already investigated this guy's claims, and found no basis for them. Clash has taken a leave of absence to deal with this, but Elmo will continue to appear on the show. He adds, "I am a gay man. I have never been ashamed of this or tried to hide it, but felt it was a personal and private matter." His bosses at Sesame Workshop actually have his back on this. They say the accuser came to them back in June, and they asked the accuser to produce evidence, which he never did. Ultimately, they concluded that there was no basis for the accusations. The accuser got a lawyer, and he went with Andreozzi and Associates, a firm that represented one of the victims of former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted together in New York City on Sunday. A source says, "I saw Selena go into the hotel around 5:40pm and not even three hours later, Justin went in. "Dancing With the Stars" co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet announced yesterday that she needs surgery for thyroid cancer. But it doesn't sound too serious. Doctors found a "tiny nodule" during a routine checkup, so further tests were ordered. Brooke said, "Long story long, I got my results back and they were not good. I'm going to be fine. And I feel really really strong. Doctors say this is a good kind of cancer to have. Good cancer! That sounds so crazy. But my doctor did tell me this is a happily-ever-after ending kind of thing. I'm going fight through this." On "The Talk" yesterday, Brooke's "Dancing With the Stars" co-host Tom Bergeron said, "She knows my love and support are with her. We're all right there with her. Thyroid cancer is one of the most treatable cancers. It has an incredibly high success rate."

14-year-old "Modern Family" actress Ariel Winter (she plays nerdy Alex Dunphy)has been removed from her home amid allegations that her mother has been physically and emotionally abusing her. Last month, Ariel's older sister filed a petition for custody. Twenty years ago, she had been removed from her mother's custody due to similar allegations. Ariel's mother denies these claims. A hearing is scheduled for the 20th of this month.
