I'm serious. Death is NEVER funny, but I do really love when families and friends can tell a humorous story about their loved one and make a very grave situation a little bit lighter. If you haven't seen video of Tom Hanks telling a story at Michael Clark Duncan's funeral on Monday, you need to because it's hilarious. Tom repeated a story that Michael once told him about joining a gang when he was a kid. The upshot was that when his mother found out, she hit him in the head with a frying pan! And he had to go back to the gang and tell them that his mom wouldn't let him be a member! It's a really funny story!
