7 years total...4 married...1 beautiful step daughter and 2 boys in 2 years...on May 9th 2009 I married my best friend. All I can say is that I've had an incredibly blessed life with him. From baby J! Well... he's not really a baby anymore...more like a tiny toddler terror! Yep, he's into anything and everything. I've found multiple things in my toilet bowl that don't belong there (note to self: must get a lock for it!) Anyway, I celebrated my Birthday on Sunday (what an awesome birth date to have, right?! It's always a PARTY!) I would post a picture of my other little man...but he was pretty sick & has been battling the stomach bug. He looked pretty miserable in all of his photos...poor little little dude! Anyway, happy belated St. Patty's Day!

Two babies in two years...it's time for Mama to get back in GEAR! Aka get back to my pre-baby body and pre-baby weight! I was tired of feeling frumpy dumpy and I was pleased as punch when I discovered KOSAMA in the Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. I can NOT rave about it ENOUGH! I've never enjoyed a workout so much in my life...I am being completely honest. Each day there is a different class...some of the classes incorporate kettlebells bodybars, trx, and body weight. I am actually headed to the KBOX class tonight-- one of my favorite but most challenging (in my opinion) which has kickboxing elements. I LOVE that the classes are only 50 minutes...but in 50 minutes I've worked out HARD. When you join you receive a heart rate monitor and at the end of class you receive an email which tells you how many calories you've burned, average heart rate, average effort...it's pretty freaking amazing. There is an instructor who leads the class and typically 3 trainers that walk around and help you with the excercises. Each and every one of them is incredibly helpful and motivating. They push you to keep going! If you are looking for a fun work out and looking for results- then you NEED to check it out! I have more energy and I feel SO SO good after classes...yes, my muscles are sore- but it is a feeling of accomplishment! I will have to take a video of me in one of the classes so that you can get a better idea of it! I hope to see you there!

My Mom was at the Ukrainian Gala in D.C. a few weekends ago...and look who was attending as well...MAKSIM CHERMOVSKY from Dancing with the Stars! He's Ukrainian too & super good looking. HA! My mom said he was very down to earth and incredibly nice. Had to share the pic (some eye candy for my lady friends!) Isn't my mom beautiful?!

A roof over my head...clothes on my back...food on our table...SO many blessings in my life. I am SO, so thankful for these little peanuts. They make me a better person & have changed my life in a way that is indescribable. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving! Love to you all!
These two little nuts have been keeping me NUTS!!! Being a Mommy to these two boys is absolutely amazing...but there are moments where I question my sanity!
Roman (11 weeks today!) and Joseph (14 months)
Roman is having a lot of issues with his reflux/eating. It takes him an hour to eat and it's difficult for him to keep food down. Did you experience this with any of your kids? If so, what worked for you? Email me and let me know or leave a comment below! Right now he's on meds and on a prescription formula. We're also seeing the GI specialist over at CHKD tomorrow! So thankful that we have CHKD in our backyard!
