Residents can leave their trash containers at the curb until they are emptied. Workers will be collecting through the weekend, if necessary. Suffolk offices, transit and courts will be closed. Crews plan to begin working on residential neighborhood roads today. Residents are also being asked to move their vehicles off residential streets for snow removal efforts. The Building a Better Business Conference has been canceled. A new date will be announced. Hampton offices will open on a two-hour delay and a liberal leave policy is in place. Trash collection has been canceled. The city is planning for Thursday collections to be done on Friday and Friday collections to be done on Saturday.
