This past Friday 41-year-old James Irvine of Palm Coast, Florida was home, watching is 10-month-old son. He wanted to go out to a bar-- and that's just what he did! James took precautions to make sure he had a reliable babysitter, His Pitt Bull!

When the child's mother returned home from work she realized that James was outside attempting to get into the house though the garage. After learning that their child was left home alone with the Dog, She immediately called the police and James was arrested for Child Neglect.. Good for her...
